New Leadership, pay raises
Need for connection between teams and departments
20 years now employed I work double weekends I adore and love my job and spending quality time with what my Job Title is etc etc
Don’t like staff using phone time and the amount of time spent Our Management is doing everything they can to stop this issue
Receiving Medical Benefits/ vacation time and sick and personal time off etc etc
Making our residents happy content and meeting their needs this is what it’s all about I just love this Been employed 20 years now
