What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in game design
Proven ability to design and deliver impactful live features such as game modes, challenges, events, etc.
Proven experience in systems design, progression modelling and feature development
Experience working on live games, especially in the F2P mobile space
A proven track record of delivering features that balance player fun, engagement, and monetisation
Familiarity with systems and economy design, including tuning, progression modeling, and numerical balancing
Experience working cross-functionally and navigating live production environments
A positive, thoughtful, and collaborative approach to game development
Strong understanding of feature design fundamentals - player motivation, usability, pacing, and reward systems
Analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data to inform design choices
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
Excellent documentation skills - able to clearly articulate design intent through specs, diagrams, and user flows
Hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets
Passion for F2P mobile games, especially character-collection RPGs and combat-based systems
Bonus Points
Experience designing features for character-collection RPGs or combat-based mobile titles
Ability to mentor other designers and influence cross-team creative direction
Experience working on mobile F2P games
Familiarity with WWE
Experience developing in Unity
