The Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Biller must provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently excellent preparation, attitude, and teamwork. Responsibilities * Complete DMV documents for all new and pre-owned transactions. Complete all billing on scheduled time. * Complete billing with the correct sales tax and DMV fees. * Complete sales and DMV paperwork for all transactions. Complete DMV transactions in Verifi. * Maintain a 5-day submission of all DMV work. Maintain plate distribution log. * Must work efficiently and effectively at all times. * Must be reliable and willing and able to learn new projects. * Must cover in the absence of the other co workers. * Be flexible at the end of the month (time sensitive). * Cross train in all aspect of the billing process ex. packaging deals, ordering plates and intransits, updating dmv logs, auditing dmv paperwork prior to processing. The pay rate is $23 - $26 per hour. Qualifikationen Qualifications * High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience. * Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in billing, processing paperwork, and DMV. * Must have knowledge of Verifi. * Must be able to work Saturdays with one day off during the week . * Must be articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player and maintain a positive attitude. * Be able to withstand physical demands of the job. * Able to commute into and out of Manhattan/New York City on a daily basis.
