The Collector I - Wholesale Accounts is responsible for the management and collections of a business-to-business accounts receivable portfolio. Who would I interact with? Interacts with internal and external customers at various levels, cash application team, credit team, supervisor and management. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for making daily collection efforts on all outstanding balances for parts and service wholesale accounts receivable. In addition, they will support the dealership parts/service personnel with customer related concerns and assist customers with billing inquiries or disputes.
