Pros of working at Mercer Advisors

Many good people to work with. The majority of people seems to care about each other and want to see you succeed so that they are able to provide their clients with the highest level of service.

Cons of working at Mercer Advisors

Lack of training. For the type of service those in my role provide to clients, I feel the training is lacking. I have worked for company's where training comes first before you start to work independently. This is something I have requested repeatedly and have been directed to the company's course catalog which has useful information, but it does not offer the education I feel is needed to perform the role as expertly as it should be.

Mercer Advisors benefits

The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment and the work-life-balance. Coming to the office 3 days a week saves gas, and provides a level of security if you are scheduled for a home service appointment. Also, colleagues seem to care if you have a personal emergency to tend to.
