Key Responsibilities
Oversee all bar operations in a busy fine-dining environment
Create and execute seasonal craft cocktail menus

The Central Service Technician - Dental is responsible for phases of the supply process, collection and distribution functions, for services to various departments. This individual has a responsibility of contributing to the quality of patient care through strict quality assurance and efficient practices of decontaminating surgical equipment and instruments through proper cleaning, inspecting, maintaining, assembling, packaging and monitoring sterilization of instruments and supplies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Cleans and processes instruments to comply with guidelines, policies, and procedures based on department protocol.
Utilizes guidelines and policies for the safe handling and transportation of contaminated instruments and equipment from various departments to ensure guidelines policies and procedures are met.
Maintains sterilization records to ensure standard guidelines and policies are met.
Distributes sterilized items to designated departments to ensure items are available as needed.
Differentiates decontamination and sterilization methods for special equipment and instruments necessary for procedures to ensure standards are maintained.
Develops procedures and improvement skills in the Central Service area and in the organization of work to improve Central Service methods.
Investigates, locates and resolves equipment malfunctions to return existing state of standards.
Reviews and meets ongoing competency requirements of the role to maintain the skills, knowledge and abilities to perform, within scope, role specific functions.
Regular attendance is required in order to carry out the essential functions of the position.
