Behavioral Assistants are responsible for providing support and capacity in behavioral and clinical services for children and families with behavioral needs.
Their duties include addressing behavior management safety needs, supporting emotional and social needs, and implementing behavioral improvement plans.
Services are NOT for autistic children but rather for children who are struggling emotionally or behaviorally.
BA's are required to go in-home to work with children and families. The cases are per-diem.
Salary is $30 an hour.

Qualifications:
CPR/BLS required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with patients with a variety of medical and psychological issues. Physical ability to respond to emergencies, and lift 25lbs. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required within one (1) year of hire.
Candidates who do not possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent will be provided the opportunity to enroll in a GED/HSEA program at time of hire as a condition of employment. A hired candidate will be provided one (1) year from date of hire to successfully complete a GED program and obtain their HSEA. Responsibilities:
Performs CT exams and CT guided procedures within the hospital setting for ER, Inpatient and Outpatient studies. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of working area. Notifies Clinical Engineering of equipment malfunctions and maintains working area in safe patient manner at all times according to Joint Commission standards. Maintains IV competency and follows departmental scanning protocols. Maintains composure and is able to prioritize cases during high volume periods within an emergency room setting. Can use critical thinking skills to make appropriate decisions based on clinical skills; works well within a team setting and uses clear, concise communication to be part of a dedicated and compassionate care team. Dedicated to delivering safe, quality, imaging at all times and follows the Image Gently principles.
Qualifications:
Graduate of AMA Certified Radiography Program. Advanced certification in CT required. Must be state licensed ARRT (R) (CT). Must be CPR certified. CT experience within a hospital setting required. This position requires various shifts as needed.
Social Work Coordinator:
Minimum Requirements :
ARRT Registered/ NJDEP licensed. Experience with Varian Linacs required. ARIA experience required. Minimum 2 years experience preferred. Must be flexible and able to work at short notice.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR
As a Residential Counselor, you help individuals with mental health disabilities to reach goals and live productive and healthy lives in the community. According to individual habitation plans, you assist with the activities of daily living and monitor medications for residents as well as provide on-site direct behavioral health care services to adult and geriatric clients. By adhering to all safety standards, government regulations, and corporate policies, you ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. You provide transportation and accompaniment as needed for shopping, medical appointments, recreational activities, and other outings.
You are responsible for reporting any changes or concerns promptly, keeping up-to-date and accurate records of interactions and progress. You find the opportunity to participate in residents’ lives very rewarding! If any medical or psychiatric emergencies occur, you immediately set in motion the appropriate crisis management procedures. You also get to participate in case management and supportive counseling. You advocate for residents’ benefits and coordinate with local service providers. As you assist residents in accessing services and reaching goals, you find a great deal of satisfaction in their progress.
