Sales - Merchandiser Merchandisers are responsible for optimizing product placement and visibility in various retail locations to maximize sales and promote brand awareness. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with store management, ensuring inventory levels are sustained, and setting up promotional displays according to company guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and maintains an effective rapport with all assigned customers, where there is open communication and trust. Provides effective and creative merchandising solutions for all accounts through the use of displays and point-of-sale (POS) items. Builds displays according to company and brand standards, customers' policies and requirements from sales staff. Audits condition of all POS for repair or replacement on every service call.
