THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
Develop and execute the merchandising line plan, seasonal strategies, and product assortments that support the off-price sales channel.
Lead assortment planning, pricing strategy, and product selection with Design to maximize profit margin based on strict margin expectations.
Analyze sales, customer insights, and market data to inform product decisions and future opportunities.
Have a keen insight into the off-price customers so that there is no brand cannibalization between full price and off-price.
Strong understanding of the wholesale marketplace, as the off-price business is majority wholesale.
Drive go-to-market strategies, including line reviews and product presentations.
Oversee product lifecycle management driven by key milestone deadlines in partnership with Product Development and Production teams.
Manage and pass off all Buy files from Sales to Production.
Track and manage all SMU requests that are outside of the normal line plan range.
YOU ARE: You bring a strong combination of strategic merchandising expertise and data-driven commercial thinking, with proven experience in off-price and wholesale environments. ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $50 - $60 hourly, which equates to a $104,000 - $124,000 annual salary. This is a full-time, temporary position, covering a leave of absence anticipated from February to June 2026. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
Work Model: This role is based in El Segundo, CA, and follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of in-office presence on designated days to support collaboration and business needs.

Main Purpose of the Junior Site Merchandiser - MENS role:
This is a permanent full-time role for a candidate who is passionate and excited about merchandising and creative copywriting for the FWRD and REVOLVE customer. 5-7 years of experience in digital or eCommerce merchandising, ideally with a consumer product brand or multi-category retailer
Strong understanding of online customer behavior, site UX principles, and eCommerce KPIs
Experience with merchandising tools such as Shopify, Contentful, Constructor, or equivalent CMS/PIM systems
Comfortable working within data platforms like Heap, Looker, Google Analytics in order to analyze and act on data
Strong eye for visual storytelling and product presentation, with attention to detail in execution
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills - able to drive timelines and coordinate cross-functionally
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing short-term priorities with long-term merchandising goals
Preferred:
Background in home, lifestyle, or fashion brands
Working knowledge of SEO strategy

Seasonal Merchandisers report directly to a Sales Manager and work within our big box retailers, such as Home Depot and Lowe's. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities Merchandisers execute merchandising directives and re-sets, establish a positive rapport with store personnel and customers, and relay information to Scotts Sales team regarding inventory opportunities.
In this role you will:

This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving products. This job follows a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (opportunity to attain different work schedules with time.)
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
Build customer relationships at the store level
Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out, following designated route, etc.)
Service accounts during designated times established by management
