Role Overview

Essential Duties

What You'll Need:
Required:
5-7 years of experience in digital or eCommerce merchandising, ideally with a consumer product brand or multi-category retailer
Strong understanding of online customer behavior, site UX principles, and eCommerce KPIs

MERCHANDISING PLANNING
Work closely with the Retail Merchandising team to ensure that VM supports the commercial goals of the business and that brand standards are upheld
Partner with the Retail team to seek creative solutions to merchandising issues that arise while maintaining brand image
Identify local VM opportunities to support specific regional needs via compelling displays
Support New Store Openings and Renovations to ensure product needs are delivered to align with VM timelines.
EVENTS, SPECIAL PROJECTS & SHOWROOM
Support execution of setup for any West Coast Regional projects
Provide VM support, direction, and monitoring of all retail shopping/consumer events (in- store/off-site)
Set up visual presentation of the seasonal Press Events display (showroom or off-site)
Set up visual presentation of the seasonal Wholesale Commercial showroom
TRAVEL
Monthly travel required to West Coast/Central region, and as needed to other North American stores including Canada and Mexico
You'll Need to Have:
Bachelors' degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Design, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising in a fashion retail environment.
Strong ability to adapt & work well in a fast-paced environment and fluctuating deadlines; prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects.
Excellent taste level in speaking to many facets including merchandising, styling, fixture design, store layout and directives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with domestic and international teams; occasional travel within the US and abroad.

Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Merchandiser to lead product lifecycle planning and execution across multiple product lines. In this role, you'll oversee seasonal transitions, inventory planning, and purchasing alignment with sales forecasts to drive profitability and operational efficiency. As a key liaison between internal teams and retail partners, you'll leverage analytics and collaboration to improve processes, enhance performance, and support the company's growth and market responsiveness.
Sr. Supply Chain Merchandiser Responsibilities:
Planning and execution to ensure all product transitions, pricing updates, and merchandising initiatives align with corporate timelines and business goals.
Develop and manage strategic merchandise plans based on sales performance, POS analytics, and inventory forecasts to optimize margins and minimize risk.
Serve as point of contact for key retail partners, overseeing replenishment programs, quotes, product setup, and ongoing account performance.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive product launches, marketing alignment, and fulfillment readiness.
Guide junior merchandise coordinators or analysts on execution, process compliance, and data accuracy.
Lead data-driven decision-making by interpreting sales, margin, and inventory data to identify opportunities for category growth and improvement.
Oversee customer presentations and line reviews, ensuring content, product details, and performance insights are accurate and presented effectively.
Drive process improvements in product lifecycle management, from development to shipment, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability.
Manage pricing strategies in coordination with Finance and Sales to meet profit targets and maintain competitive positioning.
Support packaging and compliance processes, ensuring customer-specific requirements and timelines are met.
Collaborate with Business Analytics to generate performance dashboards, evaluate competitor activity, and measure category success.
Monitor customer POs and fulfillment timelines, resolving issues proactively and ensuring service-level standards are met.
Contribute to long-term merchandise strategy, including category growth, product innovation, and retailer expansion initiatives.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Business Administration or related field preferred.
5-8+ years of experience in a consumer products company.
3+ years of experience working with retail portals and mass retail accounts (e.g., Walmart, Costco, etc.).
Seasonal product management experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experienced in analyzing sales, inventory, and forecasting data.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Wage Range: $72,000 USD- $80,000 USD
Location: Onsite Chino, CA
Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
