The Inventory/Merchandising Specialist will work under the direction of MVN managers to ensure all merchandising is done in accordance with MVN standards and guidelines. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide inventory management and order fulfillment oversight and support to the company by adhering to established MVN standards and guidelines for inventory. Coordinate the receipt and distribution of merchandise between MVN stores and outside vendors. Communicate with the Yard Superintendent and General Manager regarding all products or materials received, transferred, bumped, spoiled, dumped, and/or any suspected shrinkage. Maintain supply of sign holders, ink tag, and barcode supplies and equipment, etc., ensuring that all equipment is in working order and accounted for Perform spot-checks to ensure accuracy of inventory levels and conduct regular aisle audits, cycle counts and physical inventories by comparing inventories with OpSuite/RMS records. To create a unique, memorable, and inspirational customer experience; encompassing the Aviator Nation lifestyle and brand image, while executing all store operations and goals, resulting in driving sales and ensuring a profitable store. The Visual Merchandiser will partner with the Store Manager to uphold Aviator Nation Visual standards in your store with the assistance and guidance of the Visual Director. The Visual Merchandiser will ensure new merchandise is put onto the sales floor promptly and merchandised appropriately, up to Aviator Nation's standards. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Director & Store Manager Uphold all company Policies and Procedures Manage and maintain a high level of customer care Dress mannequins every week and change outfits as frequently as needed Lead a floor reset every week before store hours Merchandise sales floor as new collections and items come in and create creative and eye-catching displays of new product Train and educate the staff on all accessible visual standards and training processes Assist with monthly meetings with store staff & participate in monthly Managers Meetings & Visual Meetings Work closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure store is fully stocked at all times with top selling items Run weekly reports to ensure you have the best selling product for your store and to see what visual displays and product placements work best for your store Assist with setting up and organizing all major events held at your store location Consistently offer continual feedback to your team and demonstrate accountability Motivate and inspire the store team through a strong store presence and lead by example Communicate product performance observations and offer feedback to Store Manager Maintain an awareness of apparel and accessory trends, in relevance to our store environment Encourage folding and deep cleaning any moment of downtime Engage team involvement and offer strategic planning for various tasks Ensure daily restock is happening effectively Promote and maintain a high standard for overall staff safety, customer experience, operations and driving sales May be asked to partake in studio/store photoshoots for our social media accounts Assist with social media posts (i.e., taking photos of product, modeling clothing for photos, posting to our social media accounts) Follow all social media guidelines when assisting with social media
