The Stock Associate will be responsible for setting up the back of house for overall store success. This individual will be a main connection to the Sales Team to ensure the store and business goals are met and achieved. Main responsibilities include but not limited to; shipping, receiving merchandise, fulfilling online orders, operational excellence with strong back of house organization. This position requires a work schedule of 5 days a week (35 - 40hrs). Overtime hours must be approved in advance by the Manager. The Stock Associate will report directly to the NYC Store Director. RESPONSIBILITIES: LOGISTICS Receives, unpacks, and verifies incoming shipments for accuracy. Updates inventory records and ensure products are properly labeled and organized. Meet with Buyers regularly to update on seasonal execution and performance. Support the retention team through the proof process including vetting featured products and CTA links. Develop close relationships with product designers, marketers and product merchandisers and buyers to ensure robust product information is ultimately funneled to copywriters. Hands on with the seasonal product data preparation to include defining attributes, gathering key product information to funnel through team for PDP copy, proofing product data ahead of launch dates. Execute Navigation updates in CMS. Upload seasonal product, manage promotion set up and upload price books into platform.
