Starting pay up to $19.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Retail Merchandising Reps perform resets, merchandise, maintain product planograms, place price labels, place/install point of purchase signage, down stock inventory, suggest and place orders, and share product information with customers and store associates. We service DIY stores such as Lowe's and Home Depot.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone (android or apple) with access to internet, phone, text, and email
• Able to and willing to lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Willing to use rolling staircase/step ladders while working in stores

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Market expert - knows customer, competition and market trends, looking for someone who is more knowledgeable in the Women's market
• Influence category assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, consumer trend and competitive landscape
• Analyze selling reports and store visits, while generating actions to maximize business opportunities
• Build and maintain assortment tools
• Anticipate department needs for milestone meetings each season
• Participate in milestone meetings; recap and prioritize action items from meetings and follow up as needed
• Play an active role in the market set up and preparation process
• Complete data entry for day-to-day product management such as utilizing various systems: A2000, Nuorder, excel documents
• Understand the different roles of the cross-functional team and how they relate to the Merchandising role, and foster relationships to efficiently drive collaboration
• Proactively seek out new opportunities to grow the business and further personal and professional development
• Partner with our sample coordinator to ensure all information and samples are setup and organized for easy access by all team members
• Complete seasonal projects alongside Director of Merchandising

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Design, Product Development or related field
• 3+ years of related experience
• Highly detail oriented and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills in excel and power point
• Ability to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
