Job Purpose
The Client Support Specialist will provide a high level of service and assist with various banking transactions including debit cards, internet banking, and mobile wallet solutions. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service is imperative to enhance client relationships at every opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist clients with account inquiries, internet banking and bill pay issues, funds transfers, stop payments, loan payments, debit card limit increases and cancellations, and ordering checks.
* Communicate with the customers in a respectful, cheerful and professional way.
* Retrieve and respond to voicemails and emails from clients through all digital channels.
* Provide ongoing processing support for Bank's various technology options.
* Partners with all operational and client-facing employees to resolve any card related issues and ensure compliance with established bank policy and regulations.
* Assist branch personnel as needed
* Demonstrate professional behavior that supports team efforts and enhances team behavior, performance and productivity.
* All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned, to support the Bank's mission & strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
* One year or more of Banking, Retail, or Customer Service experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office Products
* Must exhibit a helpful, positive attitude and demeanor
* Must possess exceptional time management skills and can organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position, primarily at a desk. The work environment is typically located indoors but may have infrequent occasion to work outdoors. Some travel may be necessary to other businesses and branch locations.

This role is an opportunity to play an integral role on the Enterprise Fraud Management team. The Role
The Director of Membership and Marketing develops and leads strategies for membership acquisition and retention that drive measurable growth and dues revenue across membership categories. Job Purpose
Responsible for developing business and marketing a full range of banking services to Small Business Administration (SBA) loan-eligible businesses with emphasis on client contact, originations, and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct new business development activities to generate new fee income to meet department and individual goals.
* Prospect, market, structure and originate new SBA 7(a) and USDA Loans
* Identify, refer, and introduce other business opportunities to internal product partners.
* Establish and maintain a network of referral sources able to bring potential SBA borrowers to the bank.
* Obtain complete financial packages from borrowers and prepare submission packages required for credit analysis. Follow up with borrowers to obtain additional information or clarification to ensure timely loan decisions.
* Deliver approved loan packages to borrowers to obtain required signatures and facilitate funding.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of SBA products as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.
* Understand what differentiates us to develop a unique sales approach that differentiates you in the marketplace.
* Ensure that all activities and work functions comply with compliance requirements, as defined in bank policies and procedures, state/federal laws and regulations and the SBA's standard operating procedures and the code of Federal Regulations, thus protecting continuous status a s Preferred Lender under the PLP program.
* Stay abreast of current and developing regulations as they apply to the SBA lending area.
* Critically think, formulate, and support credit decisions, and logically defend position.
* Negotiate on behalf of the bank the borrower while appropriately balancing risk and shareholder value.
* Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of and adherence to Bank operational policies and applicable compliance regulations as they relate to the specific job duties assigned.
* Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of your duties and responsibilities as it relates to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations (OFAC). This includes participating in any required training and promptly complying with all reporting requirements.
* Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of and adherence to EEO/AA policy; promote a working environment free of harassment of any type.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business finance or related field preferred.
* Documented background in banking/financial institution's government guaranteed lending program.
* 3+ years of SBA related experience.
* Prior knowledge of all government guaranteed lending products including SBA 7(a), SBA Express, SBA Small Loan, SBA 504, and USDA.
* Excellent written, communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
* Effectively partner and communicate with internal departments, and customers
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Maintain knowledge of Bank loan and deposit products

Qualifications

Fluency in credit criteria and loan structure requirements
2 years of experience in a financial sales role
Client service orientation
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Commercial loan underwriting and account/relationship management experience
