Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling (Sprout Social), monitoring, and reporting. Build and deploy email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp. Update and maintain multiple company websites (WordPress). Edit and produce video content for internal office displays and external communication platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements. Event Planning & Sponsorship Activation Plan, coordinate, and execute athletic sponsorship activations with Indiana University and Butler University. Manage corporate mascot appearances, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination. Attend and support after-hours and weekend events as needed, ensuring smooth execution and brand representation. Coordinate with external partners and vendors for event-related logistics. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across digital channels (social media, email, website, events). Assist with completion of annual review and loan covenant/trigger testing. Ensure clients are in compliance with all covenants (financial and otherwise). 3. Participate in client meetings with Relationship Manager. Interface with new and existing clients, work through referrals, build client relationship and extend credit within assigned limits. 4. Support Relationship Managers with Treasury/cash management needs and solutions. 5. Monitor loan maturity dates within the portfolio and recommend renewal strategy with the Relationship Manager. 6. Utilize bank reporting tools to ensure progress is documented and tracked, and prepare various scheduled management reports. 7. Support portfolio management, assist with loss prevention, identify risk and work delinquent loans up to 30 days. 8. Assist with projects and developing new or refining existing efficiencies and processes as required. 9. Review and understand credit agreements and all supporting documentation related to the relationship. In addition to the above, the Associate may be responsible for one of the specializations below: Investment Real Estate Banking 1. Direct accountability for loss prevention; determine necessary action to be taken on all loans, includes resolving marginal and delinquent loans. 2. Extend credit within assigned limits to commercial customers. Interview applicants and obtain information concerning their business needs, abilities and earnings, and assess credit risk. As part of this role you would: Research commercial loans to identify collateral to be released by reviewing the proper supporting documents and verifying the MAP Authority of the submitter. Review and process commercial collateral requests with accuracy and in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory requirements and within our SLA (service level agreement). Daily assist the team by working within our commercial collateral mailbox to process commercial collateral requests and respond to questions. Prepare commercial collateral releases for recording, filing, terminating, and discharging commercial collateral. Responsible for indexing and imaging supporting commercial documents into OnBase. Process incoming commercial workflow packets. Perform an audit of the stock and bond portfolio on a semiannual basis. Interact with commercial customers and lines of businesses on escalated matters to help correct and provide a resolution. Actively participate in team and department meetings, discussions, special projects, and strategy sessions to support the commercial operations department as a whole. Complete workflow and performance logs daily. Provide backup support for the department and the team as needed. In order to be successful in this position, we require the following: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). A minimum of two (2) years of commercial collateral, commercial loans, commercial documentation, or related commercial experience. The following would be a plus: 3 to 5 years of commercial collateral, commercial loan, or commercial documentation experience.
