Probably just the things people see on the outside. Fancy new office, and nice chairs
Just about the rest. Ever since I started, it’s been all talk and no game. Same stuff, different story. Management thinks they know all. Showing a different opinion or idea causes you to be “trouble”. The complete lack of understanding also shows, as the departments have not and will not ever get to have clear communication with each other. It creates such a mess. The culture is very “High School” like. If you don’t dress fancy or aren’t pretty, nobody will talk to you. I don’t believe Merchology will ever wake up. There’s a reason tons of good people have left. When you fire good people for no reason, don’t listen to us pawns for ideas or real feedback, you won’t be taken seriously. It’s not a career, it’s just a joke that’ll tide you over until you look for something real.
