Our Senior Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
This position is responsible for working in their respective territory to understand and identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account customer needs, by selling our Company's Animal Health division, Companion Animal product portfolio, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our Company's Animal Health division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus - The Science of Healthier Animals. In addition, the Senior Territory Representative demonstrates an understanding of the resources available across our Company's Animal Health division and our Distribution Partners.
**This role will cover the Northern Michigan territory including the Upper Peninsula. For ease of covering the territory, this person would ideally reside in / near the Gaylord, Grayling area.** **It is required that that our sales employees reside in the territory in which they cover.**
**Essential Accountabilities:**
+ Communicates about our product portfolio in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each individual customer; customizes discussions and interactions based on understanding of customer's needs.
+ Primary point of contact for assigned customers, meet with key personnel/decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (Owner/Practice Manager/Key Tech/Associate Vet/Front office staff), customer needs and identifies business opportunities.
+ Develops customer strategy - outlining strategy for interactions/relationship, solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customer resulting in solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customers resulting in sales opportunities and account sales growth of Animal Health products and services.
+ Develops territory and specific account plans for all key customers. Partners with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners to maintain strong focus on key accounts and corporate owned clinics to drive occupancy and sales growth.
+ Works collaboratively across all species teams to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.
+ Shares with other team members within the region to foster growth and development within the team.
+ Analyzes monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
+ Identifies and selects programs/services available within Animal Health's available resources to address customer needs and provide education & training opportunities to accounts.
+ Works with leadership and Field Professional Services to develop and deliver relevant offerings that address desired customer needs.
+ Develops current understanding of Animal Health products, industry trends and competitor landscape.
+ Articulates and communicates relevant customer, industry, product, and market trends appropriately through the organization.

The salary range for this role is
$94,300.00 - $148,500.00

The Diagnostics Solutions Consultant (DSC) is a field-based customer facing member of our sales team accountable for selling Zoetis diagnostic instruments, tests and associated products and services within an assigned US sales territory. PURPOSE

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate activation of necessary field team resources to support business expansion in collaboration with enabling functions and squad resources across 3 Centers of Gravity;

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $69,000-$133,860. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. As a Field Sales Account Manager, this individual will serve as the point person for end to end program development and clinical success, including procedure sales, support and driving utilization for all Auris Surgical Robotics Technologies. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant Operating Room sales experience is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers is a must.
* The ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel within the assigned territory is a must for the role.
* Required to work in a hospital, ASC setting, attending live patient cases as when required as part of the job and wear necessary protective gear (i.e. lead aprons, masks, etc.).

In this vital role you will be representing Tavneos to physicians and healthcare professionals, playing a key role in establishing product demand and delivering comprehensive account management within a designated territory. You will serve a central point of contact, response for educating medical professionals and external stakeholders on disease state awareness and product information to support optimal patient care.
As a SAM, you will drive product utilization while identifying and addressing the unique needs of each account. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, coordinating cross-functional field teams, and executing aligned strategies to ensure access, education, and support for rare disease treatments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives, aligned with broader commercial and strategic account goals.
Promote Tavneos within approved labeling in a fair, balanced, and ethical manner in accordance with corporate and industry compliance guidelines.
Serve as a trusted partner and disease expert to healthcare professionals by delivering meaningful, patient-centered education on disease state and product information.
Build and manage strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the patient care ecosystem-including physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, and caregivers.
Navigate and engage within diverse healthcare delivery settings such as private practices, academic institutions, IDNs, community hospitals, and specialty clinics.
Identify and address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges by working cross-functionally with field access teams, patient services teams, and case managers.
Coordinate internal matrix teams (e.g., MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs) to deliver integrated, account-specific solutions that drive long-term customer engagement and product utilization.
Lead or support the development of referral networks and site-of-care pathways to enable seamless patient initiation and continuity of care.
Establish productive relationships with local and regional KOLs to expand reach and influence within the therapeutic landscape.
Actively contribute field insights and market intelligence to cross-functional partners and leadership to inform strategy, resource deployment, and future planning.
