The HIV Customer Representative is a key member of the Customer Team and plays a critical role in supporting our Company's customer centric business model. **Position Qualifications:**

+ Valid Driver's license.

The Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) is a credentialed (i.e., PhD, PharmD, DNP, MD) therapeutic and disease expert who engages in bidirectional exchange of scientific or medical information with Scientific Leaders (SLs). This MSL-type role provides balanced, factual, scientific information about non-product areas of interest to the Company and replies to scientific questions from SLs, including questions about Company products. Role Description
The Diagnostics Solutions Consultant (DSC) is a field-based customer facing member of our sales team accountable for selling Zoetis diagnostic instruments, tests and associated products and services within an assigned US sales territory. The DSC will also be accountable for building and maintaining customer relationships to maximize customer retention. The DSC will achieve budgeted sales quotas within targeted accounts in assigned territory. DSC will update and maintain sales funnel and customer profile data within system. DSC will collaborate with the other Zoetis colleagues to achieve goals and support the diagnostics business.

Position Responsibilities
Develop and maintain thorough understanding of Diagnostic products and service.
Travel to offices of existing and prospective customers, with a target of 3-4 existing customers and 3-4 new business opportunities per day. (Extensive driving required as well as periodic overnight travel (approximately at 4-8 nights per month, depending on territory)).
Detailed documentation of all customer and prospect interactions via the online system.
Transport equipment to customer and prospective customer locations.

Work cooperatively with the Diagnostic Technical Specials to ensure strong customer service and enhance utilization.
Generate new business and new business leads, including placing instruments in competitor's accounts, academia and research settings and gathering referrals from existing customers.
Support billing and collection efforts.
Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated sales experience, or relevant technical/clinical experience, preferably in the medical, scientific, or healthcare industry.
Minimum of an Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred); preferably with a science or business emphasis or equivalent experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $69,000 - $1000,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Qualifications

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.

ROLE SUMMARY
This Quality position is considered a global position and reports into the Global Clinical Supply Quality Assurance (GCS QA) Lead for Clinical Complaints and Investigations, within Pharm Sci Operation Quality (PSOQ) responsible for supporting Pharmaceutical Sciences.
This Manager position will primarily support the GMP/GCP interface specialty team within GCS QA and may lead to opportunities to move or rotate into the wider areas of GCS QA in alignment with Development Planning and/or Business need.

Perform a range of duties within the GCS QA Clinical Complaints and Investigation team, associated with Quality Management Systems oversight, Quality Operational role for Clinical Complaints, Investigations , responsibilities pertaining to being the Local Process Owner for Clinical complaints and may be required to support Inspection/Audit readiness , for which Duties may include some or all the following, at various times, depending on experience and job assignment:
Responsible for leading /supporting the author, review, and approval of related moderately complex GMP deviations & product quality investigations and provide oversight to the timely closeout and effective investigation of clinical supplies, CAPA effectiveness, trending, and metrics.

What you will do
The Cardiovascular Account Manager will report into a Cardiovascular Account Director. Their primary responsibility is to assess and diagnose the current business environment in each of their assigned accounts in relation to Amgen Cardiovascular products and plan/execute actions for success in these accounts. Maintains comprehensive account profile / needs assessment / strategic plan
Responsible for routinely meeting with appropriate opinion leaders in Cardiology, Lipidology, Pharmacy, P&T Committee, etc., that act as partners or decision-makers within the Health System Manager assigned accounts
Presents MAC approved data and CV product messaging for approved CV products and delivers clinical messages compliantly within all governing policies
Accountable for ensuring formulary adoption in targeted / assigned hospital accounts to help drive appropriate utilization of approved CV products; works with other sales colleagues to lead and coordinate pull-through and access
Monitors Amgen business performance across Cardiovascular portfolio
Identifies drivers/barriers and coordinates pull-through initiatives across field teams (Sales Representatives, District Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, Reimbursement/Access Specialists, Nurse Educators, Regional Marketing Managers, and the Value Based Partnership Team)
