Pros of working at Mercury Paper

It’s not on demand overtime

Cons of working at Mercury Paper

No one is happy there, they have a $3 incentive bonus per hour that is held over your head per paycheck. If you are late or God forbid you or you kids get sick on the last day of the pay period. Your back to making $18.50 a hr which is what they start everyone off with

Mercury Paper benefits

The people that work there are mainly seniors, they are amazing. Mercury hasn’t giving raises since the plant opened nor do they put any money into your 401k

The CEO I never met

By putting employees first, making starting pay at 21.50 a hr plus incentives.
