Place and remove pallets from warehouse racks.
Clean, sort and organize tote area.
Deliver cleaned totes to departments as needed.
Check washed parts in TA and load and unload carts as needed.
Prepare excel dunnage to ship to supplier or warehouse.
Move product from rack overflow, re-FIFO material daily.
Move approved material from TA and chain.
Provide forklift support to service area.
Requirements:
Must have or obtain forklift certification

Have excellent math skills
Ability to use a calculator and have good attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
Works in a warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59-86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4 -23 degrees F). Performs work of a highly repetitive nature. Will walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 25lbs on a continuous basis. Will routinely push and pull up to 25lbs and regularly climb.
May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50lbs. May handle “packaged”hazardous materials. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Must be available to work any shift (with advance notice of shift change). Must be flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed. Occasional local travel may be required. Warehouse Associate / 9am - 5: 30pm, M - F ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. •Processing customer orders, to include: scanning bar codes, labeling boxes, picking product, and preparing packages for shipment.
•Palletizing to include scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on pallets.
•Re-palletizing products for shipment.
•May be responsible for dock manifest duties which include scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrapper.
•May be responsible for operating the ground/manual manifest station.
•May be required to transport pallets by material handling equipment.
•Ensures all assigned duties are completed in a timely manner in accordance with departmental standards and by following departmental procedures.
•Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in the Quality System Regulations (QSR).
•Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
•Must take safety first and be able to work diligently to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedure designed to prevent injuries and illnesses.
•Regular and reliable attendance at work.
