**Responsibilities**

+ Under the supervision of a credentialed provider, conduct intakes, assist with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients, and counsel clients/patients with personal, behavioral or psychological problems
+ Working independently, perform a full range of standard and nonstandard work assignments and resolve a variety of non-recurring problems encountered on own initiative
+ Assign work by defining objectives, priorities, and deadlines, and provides guidance on assignments that do not have clear precedents
+ Use judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guideline for application to the work situation at hand
+ Refer unusual matters not specifically covered by policy statements or published regulations to the Government supervisor
+ Observe patients to detect behavior patterns and reports observations to licensed behavioral health staff
+ Lead prescribed individual or group therapy sessions as part of specific therapeutic procedures under the guidance of a licensed mental health professional

**Additional Responsibilities**

+ Prepare daily correspondence, i.e., training agendas, meeting agendas, purchase orders, clinical appointments
+ Collect and maintain monthly statistical data assigned workplace
+ Prepare and maintain attendance rosters and statistical data for all active-duty personnel who attended Social Work/Behavioral Health services
+ Assist in developing program operating instructions and work with providers to uncover inefficiencies and make recommendations for corrective action
+ Make comparison reviews, including office time sheets, to ensure program operations are managed within budget
+ Be responsible for the development and implementation of appointment templates for clinical providers
+ Place physical maintenance work orders and maintain hand receipts for physical property and inventory
+ Ensure proper supply stock levels and order specialized behavioral health forms and tests
+ Assist or independently gather data for various presentations such as process improvements initiatives, longitudinal statistical tracking, hospitalizations, and discharges
+ Manipulate data and present using software applications
+ Provide information via telephone and in person to the members of the Command, the professional staff, civilian and military personnel in response to inquiries regarding appointments
+ Interface frequently with the Command's family support organizations
+ Maintain competency folders in accordance with program policy
+ Coordinate attendance and agenda at Case Review Committee with military and civilian agencies
+ Coordinate and reserve meeting location, verify attendance and prepare current and tentative following week's agenda
+ Prepare open and closed case reports for required special handling of outpatient medical records in accordance with regulations
+ Maintain a resource library for use by professional staff and customers. Select library materials with the intent of providing knowledge, ideas and support to practitioners in the fields of education, clinical social work and family studies

**Key Qualifications**
+ Associate degree or commensurate level of training, e.g. military mental health technician, for a psychiatric technician or mental health program assistant. Education requirement may be met by military or comparable training. If military trained, the individual's specialty must be as a mental health technician/specialist.
+ At least three years' experience as a psychiatric technician
+ Possess a sound foundation/basis to psychology and/or social work
+ Possess knowledge of addressing the basics of conflict management and how to de-escalate crisis situations and individuals who are agitated, violent or potentially violent and/or suicidal
+ Prior training to intervene and, when required, to restrain violent or potentially violent or suicidal patients by verbal or physical means

This position is credentialed to provide direct care, including ordering imaging, laboratory tests, and pharmaceuticals, independently evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating musculoskeletal conditions for SOF personnel. The PT will supervise support staff, collaborates with the Human Performance (HP) and POTFF teams, and serves as an advisor on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and program administration, including equipment reviews, fiscal planning, and development of clinical guidelines. The position ensures safe and effective patient care, participates in ongoing training and meetings, maintains accurate electronic health records and documentation, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the HP program.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions
+ Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals as licensed independent practitioners, credentialed as direct care providers in specific military HP settings
+ Refer patients to other POTFF staff members as needed
+ Provide and perform the following services in support of POTFF's HP program for SOF personnel, with priority on SOF Operators and Direct Combat Support personnel:
+ Provide musculoskeletal injury care, utilizing approved supplemental clinical privileges including the ordering of imaging studies, laboratory tests, basic pharmaceuticals, and referrals to specialty providers, with consistent, appropriate, and required documentation
+ Directly supervise the PT Tech, PT Assistant, and/or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) within their scope of practice as directed by HP program Manager and/or Coordinator
+ Participate in periodic meetings with HP and POTFF for reasons such as reviewing care provided to patients and identifying opportunities for improvement
+ Serve as an advisor to the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in matters related to injury prevention, Sports Medicine (SM), and rehabilitation
+ Serve as an advisor to the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator for administrative matters, purchasing supplies and equipment, and supplemental fiscal requests
+ Conduct equipment, product, and literature reviews to ensure the HP program stays current with the provision of care
+ Provide input for the development and utilization of required databases
+ Conduct peer record reviews for the HP Staff as directed
+ Assist the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in developing and updating criteria-based job descriptions and performance standards
+ Assist the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in developing and maintaining clinical practice guidelines to ensure consistency of care across all HP Training Centers (HPTCs) and associated facilities

**Key Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in physical therapy
+ Certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) or Sports Certified Specialist (SCS), or certification through the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) as a certified athletic trainer (ATC)
+ At least five years or more of demonstrable, accumulated experience (continuous and sustained experience preferred) of performing manual therapy in the sports medicine field with individual athletes and groups of athletes (experience at the levels of NCAA Division I, Olympic, professional, and/or SOF Operators preferred) in the accompanying, respective settings
+ Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a PhysicalTherapist in any U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands
+ Maintain credentialing requirements in good standing at the local MTF
+ Capability of meeting the physical demands of selection and training events including the ability to hike over rough terrain, work long irregular hours with disruption in sleep cycles, and function in austere environments

POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Behavior Technician, under the direct supervision of the BCBA, implements therapy to support individuals in service needing applied behavioral and related supports to improve their daily functioning and independence. This position utilizes ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading and task analysis to create individualized plans for clients, families, and teams to implement. Additionally, they are responsible for documenting daily notes and reporting to the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) on updates in behavior as needed.

Develop professional relationships with caregivers, providing adequate feedback regarding client progress.

Keep and track accurate data collection according to the treatment plan over goal progress.
Adheres to the ethical standards of the BACB and Center for Human Services.

JOB SUMMARY: The Therapist schedules, screens and completes intake interviews with clients, and provides individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents. The position works as a part of the school's Behavioral Health Coordination Team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform intake process for all clients and provide appropriate referrals.
Develop treatment plans to establish goals and objectives for client treatment.
Define treatment problems based on intake assessment and diagnosis, addressing behaviors that contributed to the referral for services.
Write objectives in a clear, measurable, and person-centered treatment plan.
Communicate with multi-disciplinary team regarding treatment planning.
Provide therapeutic treatment to assigned caseload consistent with the written treatment plan.
Conduct therapy sessions using modalities and methods appropriate to the client and the program; identify and discuss problems; identify solutions; work with clients to implement solutions; and model appropriate behaviors.
Provide crisis management services, as necessary.
Coordinate treatment with school-based personnel and families.
Consult with psychiatrist to provide follow-through in treatment of clients.
Maintain client documentation according to required policies and procedures including assessments, contact notes, weekly billing, monthly progress notes, biannual treatment plan updates, all other clinical documentation related to the care of the client.
Intervene in emergency and urgent situations and assist with following the school's emergency protocol.
Support families by linking them to resources, including insurance.
Participate in staffing regarding crisis plan and care of clients.
Participate in the school's Early Intervention Team and the Behavioral Health Coordination Team.
Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) process, ensuring compliance with best practice standards, contract requirements, and agency practices and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
Current D.C. license in specific discipline i.e., LGSW, LGPC.
Two (2) years direct service experience in a mental health setting.
Experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults.
Experience providing outreach to community groups/ parents.
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Clinical judgment and leadership skills

POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Behavior Technician, under the direct supervision of the BCBA, implements therapy to support individuals in service needing applied behavioral and related supports to improve their daily functioning and independence. This position utilizes ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading and task analysis to create individualized plans for clients, families, and teams to implement. Implement and maintain feedback provided by the treating BCBA.

Develop professional relationships with caregivers, providing adequate feedback regarding client progress.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help skills, social skills, and many other targeted goals.
Keep and track accurate data collection according to the treatment plan over goal progress.
Adheres to the ethical standards of the BACB and Center for Human Services.
