You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
* You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
* You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
* You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
* You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
* You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:

Key Responsibilities
Finance and Revenue Cycle Team Leadership (90%)
* Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance team, including billing, collections, revenue cycle, and accounting staff.
* CHSI liaison to the Outsource Revenue team to ensure: billing, coding, claims processing, collections, and denial management.
* Implement strategies to maximize collections, reduce accounts receivable days, and improve cash flow.
* Maintain knowledge of FQHC-specific billing practices, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, wrap payments, sliding fee scales, and UDS reporting.

In addition, obtains other specimens when indicated, and instructs patients in the collection of specimens as necessary. May be required to enter pathology specimens into various computerized information systems along with the preparation and staining of cytology specimens. Performs tasks in all laboratory areas under the direction of the appropriate supervisor, clinical laboratory technologists, cytotechnologists or other designated laboratory personnel and has appropriate knowledge and training of those areas so as to be able to function as necessary.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Performs proper specimen collection [blood and non-blood], including patient preparation, labeling, handling, preservation or fixation, processing or preparation, transportation, and storage of specimens; complies with all standards for laboratory procedures.
2. Collects, verifies, and processes patient registration data and test order/entry into hospital information system/laboratory information system, including ABN compliance.
3. Processes specimens according to established guidelines.
4. Maintains safe and clean working environment and protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control, hazardous waste and other policies and protocols.
5. Performs waived tests and assists in other testing platforms with technical oversight.
6. Assists in quality control and performance improvement activities.

What You'll Do:
As a Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf, you'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards. Your day-to-day will include:
Performing daily plant care such as cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning to keep plants healthy
Tracking humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions and meet quality goals
Inspecting plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and removing any that don't meet standards
Assisting with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, removing flowering tops, weighing products, and recording inventory in the electronic tracking system
Supporting the curing process by hanging and dry-racking flowers, monitoring climate conditions, labeling and weighing products, and entering inventory data
Operating and maintaining lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems while stocking supplies and keeping all cultivation areas and tools clean and sanitized
Pitching in during high-demand periods to help prepare and package products, including premium extraction items
Following state regulations and security procedures by accurately labeling plants and entering inventory information
