Direct central ray on the specified area to consistently produce radiographs of good diagnostic quality. - 4) Demonstrate competence in required positioning of anatomy and ability to adapt to varying patient conditions. - 5) Review patient's condition and determine the proper exposure factor for each radiograph. • Demonstrate willingness and ability to assist others as requested. Usually assist in other areas such as medical assistants, front desk, etc. Use time to department advantage. Readily volunteer for additional work. • Demonstrate knowledge of institutional policies regarding patient care, fire, safety, infection control and QI plan.
