* Ability to travel within the Center's geographic region.

The NP will participate in a care team model, collaborating with primary care physicians to care for a panel of patients with a variety of primary care needs including routine physicals, chronic disease management, and urgent care. This position is full-time with occasional Saturday urgent care coverage. No night or weekend call.
We are looking for 8 sessions (4 full days or 3 full days and 2 half days). We participate in a care team model that does not require NPs to carry a panel of patients. The NPs work within a care team with approximately 2-3 PCPs to provide comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, transitional care out of the hospital setting, and urgent care for adult patients age 18-end of life.
Education and/or Experience
Must be a graduate from an accredited nursepractitioner program.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a nursepractitioner in adult medicine.
Qualifications
Certified as a nursepractitioner by the ANCC or AANP.
Current RN and NP licensure in Massachusetts.
Current BCLS.
CPR certification annually.
Other Qualifications
Participation in relevant CEU programs.
Maintenance of requirements for licensure.

Job Description & Requirements Pediatric ICU NursePractitioner (NP) The nationally recognized UI Stead Family Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Advanced Registered NursePractitioner (ARNP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join our Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU). This position offers a dynamic role providing high-acuity care on a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive medical management to critically ill children, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while also exercising independent clinical judgment. You'll play a key role in optimizing patient outcomes, enhancing care efficiency, and shaping the future of pediatric critical care.
We're ideally looking for providers with at least two years of experience caring for pediatric patients, preferably within an intensive care unit setting. A master's degree in nursing is preferred; a baccalaureate degree in nursing is required if the master's is in a related field.

The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stabilit while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors influencing net collections.
