HOW YOU'LL WORK: You'll provide recruitment and talent support for assigned agency location(s). You will work side by side with their hiring leaders to identify agency staffing needs, including RNs, LPNs, MSWs, Therapy, HHA and office personnel. You'll participate in the recruitment strategy process to ensure a talent pipeline and identify that the right people are aligned with the position and company's mission and vision.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Strategize: Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Customer Service: Maintain relationships with the candidate and hiring leader through all stages of the recruitment process.
Workflow: Review applications to determine eligibility, screen qualified candidates using Behavioral Based Interviewing, schedule interviews with hiring leaders, manage job advertisements and manage workflow in ATS.
Teamwork: Partner with the other Talent Specialists as needed and work with Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Policies: Ensure confidentiality and company and legal compliance with talent acquisition processes.

The Senior Director of Sales is a pivotal role responsible for driving patient volume and achieving growth targets in each market within our dynamic home healthcare organization. This position will provide strategic guidance to VPs/RVPs of Hospice, GIP Managers and Community Market Managers and drive tactical execution, operating under a formal matrixed reporting structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Growth Strategy:

Lead, train, and motivate the General Inpatient and Community teams to secure new referrals and maintain existing accounts from various healthcare providers, including physician's offices, long-term care facilities, rehabs, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
Business Development:
Using quantitative data sources and qualitative market knowledge, identify and prioritize new business opportunities to drive patient census growth and expand ASHN's ability to effectively serve as many patients as possible.
Allocate sales resources to effectively establish and nurture relationships with high priority accounts, translating into quantifiable sales outcomes. Take an active role nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals to support sales efforts.
Represent the company at networking events and business organizations to promote our services and cultivate awareness of hospice service benefits.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide guidance and supervision to a team of Community Market Managers, General Inpatient Nurse Liaisons and Sales Representatives.
Translate company growth targets into tactical sales plans. Refine existing sales territories / key account assignments, assign individual performance quotas, measure results daily, and manage individual teammate performance.
Conduct regular market reviews to identify growth opportunities and properly align resources to capture the identified growth.
Conduct regular performance appraisals, offer coaching and support as needed, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Hospice, the VP of Hospice, and the Chief Operating Officer to align growth efforts with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care coordination for patients and support company-wide growth and profitability.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Develop and manage accurate census forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Budget Oversight:
Monitor resource allocation in alignment with budgetary constraints to optimize sales operations.
Other:
The Senior Director of Sales will travel to partner agencies, and potential new JV partnerships, up to 75% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field
Minimum of 6 years of healthcare sales experience required, with a strong background in post-acute care (home healthcare and/or hospice) preferred

Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides comprehensive skilled services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
Physical Therapist Assistant with a current license in the state of employment.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Provides skilled services in a patient's home as developed by the Physical Therapist plan of care
Observes, records, and reports patient reactions, changes, and progress
Performs physical therapy procedures and diagnostic test on patients for whom they have been medically prescribed
Treats patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance using physical means, such as, exercise, massage, heat, water, etc.
Assesses functional problems and provided intervention and, in conjunction with the physical therapist, works toward goals to improve patient functional status
Communicates effectively with physician, therapist, and coworkers
Participates in case conferencing promoting coordination of care
Recommends prosthetic/orthotic devices for patients or evaluates their device and make minor adjustments or recommend modification
Educates staff in carrying out specific physical therapy modalities when appropriate
Educates patient and family on therapy techniques involved, safety measures, and supportive activities
Instructs patient and family members on proper use of equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, walkers, crutches, canes, and other prosthetic/orthotic devices
Listens to patient and family members
Fosters independence in patients and their families to prevent dependence on the agency
Completes all clinical documentation in accordance with agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines
Documents all aspects of treatment, assessments, and patient education
Completes chart audits at agency location as requested
Communicates with scheduler any changes as needed
Participates in all on-call requirements and case conferences
Attends in-service trainings and mandatory agency meetings

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Drives to patient's primary location per scheduled visit.
Daily attendance at assigned visit locations.
Documents all aspects of subsequent, discharge, eval/recert/resumption of care visits within 24 hours of visits. Documents all aspects of start of care visits within 48 hours of visits.
Completes and submits all required documentation within specified company requirements.
Follows plan of care as permitted within the scope of practice for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, per the state of employment.
Per visit compensation refers to a lump sum payment for all activities in connection with a visit to a patient. It is compensation not only for the time involved in doing patient care but for preparation time, travel, lab drops, picking up supplies, charting, and communication with the patient's family, physician, and other health care providers.
HEALTH QUALIFICATIONS:
Health Requirements: Must be able to meet all physical position requirements. Evidence required of a current negative tuberculin skin test or x-ray or receive TB testing at the date of orientation. Thereafter an annual tuberculin skin test is required, unless the employee has documentation of a previous TB test. Employee must be free of physical/medical conditions, which would limit or restrict their ability to perform the essential functions. Employees in this position may be at risk for exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
