It was close to home.
The manager, staff and HR only believe the higher up staff so if something bad is happening they don’t believe your story. The dinning staff in AL were bullies. They bullied me daily. If you want to love your job don’t work here. Thank me later. The nurses take forever to get to ur loved one when the pendant is going off. They don’t care about the residents. Skip this place just don’t work here. Staff cuss a lot during residents and play unprofessional music in the workplace. DONT WORK HERE. THIS WAS A TOXIC PLACE.

NOTHING. They need to actually look in and listen to people’s stories.
Actually do your job and help when there are problems not just say oh we will help and then DO NOTHING. THIS PLACE WAS TOXIC I WOULD NEVER WANT ANYONE TO WORK THERE. DONT send your loved one here. DINNING IS TOXIC. They BULLY
