As our Resource Manager, you will…
Be tasked with efficiently managing the staffing and resource allocation of teams to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with project managers and leadership to improve resource distribution for various projects while building relationships with new talent. Additionally, you will analyze resource utilization trends, maintain an updated skills database, and proactively address talent shortages to ensure the optimal activation of our talent.
Be Accountable and Responsible
* Streamline staffing and resource utilization across supported teams
* Deliver precise reports and analyses to leadership, highlighting gaps and recommending staffing strategies
* Assess and balance organizational capacity to proactively optimize resources
* Work with project managers, sales leads, and service area leads to anticipate the project pipeline for enterprise clients, new business, and ad hoc initiatives
* Cultivate relationships with talent and key stakeholders within the organization
* Examine resource usage trends, forecast future needs, and ensure efficient resource utilization
* Handle daily resource requests and escalate issues to management as needed
* Facilitate weekly resourcing meetings and engage in pipeline reviews
* Keep an updated, searchable database of employee skills and experience
* Foster strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their resource requirements
* Collaborate with freelance resources to optimize budget profitability
* Adhere to internal contracting policies for freelance and temporary resources
* Regularly update the freelance database with feedback after assignments
* Identify talent gaps and source freelance resources proactively
* Recommend improvements for resource tracking processes and tool upgrades
* Understanding of project requirements and knowledge of agency capabilities/processes
* Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Uphold a proactive mindset and creative problem-solving approach

These are the qualifications we're looking for
* 3-4 years of agency experience, including 1-2 years specifically in a resourcing role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience in sourcing and engaging freelance talent
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels and disciplines
* Ability to adapt accordingly in an ever-changing environment
* Project management experience is a plus

Your New Role…
The Graphic Artist (Temporary) position designs and produces still graphics for Live, News Programming. The position will communicate with producers, graphic supervisors, and other design team members to fulfill a range of requests. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker able to prioritize and fulfill multiple daily news requests. The position produces high-quality design under tight deadlines while maintaining strict accuracy, visual clarity and meets technical standards.

Design/produce still graphics and other design elements as assigned by Graphics Supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience…

CNN TV Research Intern:
Develop a deep understanding of the tv landscape and media research, and how they intersect.
Monitor and run program schedules for Nielson program submission.
Aid Research Analyst in production of daily and regular reporting needs for the CNN brand as well as competitive networks.
Learn how to extract and analyze industry data using Nielson research software applications (Ex: Nielsen NPower, Arianna, Star Media, etc.).
Assist team with ongoing projects, data visualizations, and client presentations (in Excel, PowerPoint).
We are looking for an Intern to join the CNN Digital Research & Analytics team who will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance and engagement metrics across CNN Digital platforms and products, and in the broader news and information landscape.
Domestic Distribution Analytics & Insights Intern
Efficiently manipulate, analyze, extract and summarize large volumes of multifaceted data using various data analysis and reporting tools.
Analyze internal and 3rd-party data to help build market models.
Collaborate with other departments to evaluate the company's competitive landscape and identify emerging market trends.
Support data management workstreams and help enable greater access to data through querying and visualization
Digital Ad Platforms Analyst Intern
Collaborate with team members to define business requirements and core performance metrics.
Help test and deploy new advertising products and ad functionality to make sure they meet the required specifications and are free of defects.
Analyze performance data from advertising platforms and translate findings into actionable insights.
Support the team by creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
TNT Sports BI Analyst Intern
Conduct exploratory analyses that deepen our understanding of user engagement data across TNT Sports brands and products.
Devise, build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor key metrics for various teams and departments, and the business as a whole.
Work with the data team to document and align data requirements and business logic, data gaps, and solutions.
Familiarize self with the various technology platforms used by TNT Sports Growth Strategy & Operations team.
Familiarize self with the various sports brands and business units within each brand (E.G. Bleacher Report; NCAA Shop)
Qualifications & Experience

Summary:As a Data Partnerships Specialist on the Digital Ad Technology team, this individual will combine a knowledge of data analytics with a that of digital audience targeting to deliver top client service to support audience targeting of video and display ads. They will be working closely with multiple internal teams such as ad sales and marketing, research, identity, data engineering, advanced advertising, legal and privacy, as well as various external vendors to deliver audience solutions that build our client base and enhance our revenue. Assist the ad sales, ops and marketing teams with the day-to-day through audience ingests, inventory creation, documentation, training and facilitating conversations.
Utilize knowledge of Data Clean Room architecture to balance business and privacy needs and recommend complex solutions.
Gather requirements to scope, design and advocate advanced solutions for improving, streamlining, troubleshooting and measuring audience-targeted performance, reach and fill.
Effectively communicate solutions and provide documentation across functional groups.
Work with external ad server and DMP vendors to understand how best to manage their products for the good of our business.
Develop thorough knowledge of ad serving ecosystem, ad sales strategy, and the unique challenges for DAT confronting both the industry and WDB.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with Data Analytics and Data Clean Room architecture, particularly Snowflake. Familiarity with DMPs such as LiveRamp a plus.
Familiarity with cloud-based data storage technology such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Databricks.
Strong skills using SQL, Shell Scripting, REST APIs; Python a plus.
Familiarity with Freewheel, Google Ad Manager, or BI tools such as Looker a plus.
Great communication skills: ability to work with clients to convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements, coordinate design, draft training, process flow and operational documentation, implement reporting, testing and implementation of advertising solutions.
Ability to provide cross functional support and clear communication for varied skillsets, from the sales customer all the way to the engineering teams.
Demonstrated strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and product sense; ability to combine high-level vision with detailed execution.

As a data scientist on HBO Max Data Science team, this individual will have a deep understanding of different types of media spend channels and associated data, metrics and KPIs. The Business Analyst, Global Project Engineering role is a pivotal role on the Global Project Engineering (GPE) support team. This person will assist the team in tasks related to business processes around global projects and global project procurement and reporting. The CSSU Projects Team is part of the Turner Sports Production Services Team and supports CSSU Linear Creative and Content, Design, Multimedia, BR Gaming, Turner Sports/Bleacher Report's Digital Social Production and Sales on the production of all pre-produced content and marketing & sales creative elements.
The Projects Team is the glue for CSSU creative development and production - holding everyone accountable to the overarching project goal. The projects group leads teams by driving their focus where it's required in a fast-paced environment. They are the main point of contact for our internal and external partners and clients and are the people to go to when an update is needed on where a project is and where it needs to be. They will listen to the needs of partners, clients and the CSSU team and help drive improvements in how we work together. Finally, they will drive the project to completion and delivery on-time.
The Project Coordinator role works with the Manager in managing the production of all promotional material for Turner Sports. CNN Newsource is seeking a seasoned **Technical Director** to join the CNN Worldwide Headquarters in Atlanta. This critical role supports the production and delivery of customized editorial broadcast and digital content to our vast global affiliate client network. They frequently work with operational partners who specify the business needs, software developers, who focus on code authoring; systems architects, who focus on large scale system relationships; business analysists, who gather business requirements; and vendors, who create many of the products Lead Systems Engineers use. The CoE's are expected to produce novel solutions to problems, not merely to execute procedures developed by others and your role in managing them is vital to the success of the teams.
