As our Integrated Media Manager, you will…
Be Accountable and Responsible
Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of media plans
Analyze data and strategic input from clients and agency constituents to inform channel allocation recommendations
Effectively write and present recommendations and proactive POVs internally and externally
Meet with media partners to understand the media landscape and act as the channel expert for the team
Work with analytics partners to help clients prove out success of your plans
Lead Media Planners and Associates while reporting to an Associate Media Director or Media Director
These are the qualifications we're looking for
3-5 years of media strategy and planning experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of all paid media channels including digital media
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Thrives in a team-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate and present complex ideas in a simple, smart way
Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to consider unconventional ideas when recommending solutions
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience with Pathmatics, Kantar, Nielsen, DCM

Human Resource Intern Functions:

Properly lubricates all park rides.

Work with the Art Director, Art and Technical Leads to shape and maintain the overall vision for environments and environment-adjacent systems.
Mentor, support, and give regular feedback to build and maintain a strong, cohesive team.
Promote skill-sharing through training sessions, clear documentation, and both written and video tutorials.
Estimate tasks, coordinate with production, and ensure that environment goals align with other departments.
Collaborate closely with the team during prototyping to enable quick iterations on environment assets and game systems.
Create benchmark quality assets from concept art and breakouts to demonstrate visual and technical quality as a reference for the environment team.
Regularly review assets to maintain quality and ensure proper technical implementation.
The Essentials
At least 4-5 years of video games development experience with significant involvement in 2 published AAA games, with at least one project at the Lead level or equivalent experience.
Ability to quickly prototype and iterate in collaboration with other departments.
Strong skills in environmental design, layout, composition, and storytelling.
Great sense of scale and proportion.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Substance tools like Painter and Designer.
Knowledge of physically based rendering (PBR).
Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or newer
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
A creative, empathetic, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Your New Role**
WB Games Inc seeks a Design Manager to lead and manage the design team as they work to realize the vision of the Creative Director for a new game. This individual will be the internal evangelist for the design vision and will help define the design process in collaboration with the experienced design team and under guidance from the Creative Director. The Design Manager will oversee the definition and implementation of the design pipelines in concert with the engineering team. This person should be willing to get their hands into the design process as well as leading others in doing the same.
The ideal candidate has previously managed internal game design teams that have shipped multiple successful games in the console and PC space and has been in a leadership role on at least one multi-million selling AAA console or PC game. They should have had hands-on experience with character combat design and level design. This candidate should also have extensive experience with definition of core game loops, progression systems, and other aspects of systems design.

**Your Role Accountabilities**
**VISION**
+ Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and define the vision of the game
+ Clearly articulate the design through documentation and internal communication

+ Lead the day-to-day creation of the characters and combat systems

+ Work with the team to create engaging core game loops and great moment-to-moment gameplay

+ Maintain vigilance on a player-first mentality
**COMMUNICATION**
+ Act as the primary liaison between the design team and other disciplines
+ Collaborate with Production to ensure clear communications across the team
**LEADERSHIP**
+ Mentor the design team with a goal of helping each member develop into high-performers

**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ Minimum of 3 shipped titles on which the candidate was involved from inception to completion
+ Minimum of 8+ years in game development, with at least 4+ years in a management role
+ Direct experience as a Lead Designer on an AAA game
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
+ Well versed in all aspects of game design including systems, narrative, level, and combat design
+ Strong desire to apply metrics and data analysis to augment their design instincts
+ Should have extensive experience with a project that provides ongoing live support
+ Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
+ Excellent organizational skills, including both strong skills in prioritization and multitasking
