The Opportunity: The Coating Operator oversees coating pan systems, ensuring optimal performance by checking and calibrating critical parameters such as inlet/outlet temperatures, airflow, mist checker flow meters, gear pump and spray rates, atomized air flow, dust collection magnehelic readings, filter conditions, and spray bar alignment. Maintains strict compliance with cGMP standards, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Record (MBR) instructions. What You'll Do: Maintain and present scorecard/metrics/demand forecasts that track progress/challenges/future growth for dedicated accounts. Lead cross-functional meetings related to customer orders, prioritization, resolving customer issues. Make coating solutions as required, (clear or color) load tablet boxes through frontal porthole, operate aqueous coating machines and maintain attention time to process variables and the indicators, (gauges, meters, control knobs and valves) that are provided. Upon completion of coating cycle, cool down tablet bed, and polish tablets if applicable. Coordinate testing of disintegration time and appearance results with Quality Control to ensure customer specifications are achieved. Add, calibrate, set up and pass coated tablets through metal detector into a clean plastic lined container. Requires coordination with Quality Control on batch record sign offs and anything that violates cGMP's. Accuracy and attention to detail is extremely critical. What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or Certificate; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Familiar with the metric system. Must be able to stand for 10 hours and able to lift 50lbs. Lifting of raw material containers that fall within OSHA limitations is necessary. Other activities Include material handling using forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks. Interface as either a checker or weigher to satisfy double checks and balances requirement and must be able to set up digital scales and wear a dust respirator. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure timely review and release of documents. Responsible for learning and maintaining electronic document control quality management systems, including being a system administrator and subject matter expert. Ensure all documentation is organized, version-controlled, accessible to appropriate stakeholders, and backed up securely. Conduct periodic document audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Train staff on document control procedures and proper use of the change control program. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation in a timely and organized manner. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to document control and quality systems. Responsible for scheduling all jobs in the department in an effective and efficient manner that will reduce down time while increasing productivity. The Plant Manager serves multiple roles and must be able to perform several tasks to meet or exceed customer demands or other commitments or other important company issues. What You'll Bring: Minimum of 8 years' experience working in a high-volume manufacturing and packaging facility as a Plant Manager. Knowledge of critical computer programs is necessary to track, schedule, produce and ship high volumes of quality products. The Opportunity: The Account Support Specialist is responsible for managing retail customer orders via EDI, ensuring inventory availability to fulfill these orders, and coordinating timely deliveries. This role involves working closely with teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Logistics to maintain a smooth and cost-effective supply chain. Additionally, the specialist will resolve inquiries related to customer orders and inventory, while supporting the Project Management and Sales teams during new product launches. What You'll Do: Monitor activities associated with forecasts and inventory for retail customers. Collaborate with Sales Team to understand forecasted orders, any variances, and monthly goals. Manage & track manufacturing and packaging batches in ERP system for retail customers. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Packaging, Inventory Control, and Logistics, to assure all retail customer demand and inventory needs are met. Collaborate with Retail Account Manager, production and shipping to determine retail packaging priorities to ensure on-time shipments. Create and route any necessary deviations to keep batches on track. Create and route any necessary CCRs for any minor change to item build (ex. New label, new tooling, new machine, grammar errors). Communicate any upcoming delays or shorts in inventory to warehouse team as it affects shipments. Communicate any upcoming or potential delays or shorts to customer or Sales Manager and work cross functionally to provide get-well plans with dates and expected volumes for recovery. Manage retail customer inquiries related to PO delivery status, rush PO requests, return authorizations, etc. Manage the importing of orders from EDI orders into our ERP system. Manage dates for all open orders to align with current shipping lead times and customer-requested due dates. Ensure shipping team is submitting ASNs daily to retail customers through EDI and act as back up when shipping is unable to submit in a timely manner. Coordinate with the Warehouse personnel to assure POs are processed in a timely manner and all the information pertaining to the order is correct and completed correctly per FDA and MeriCal standards. Collaborate with various departments including Sales & Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics to assist project management on successful launches of new products for retail customers. Coordinate and monitor shipping schedule and timeline with warehouse, shipping broker, and production on large scale promotional programs. Manage Customer Address Book.
