Serving as backup for education classes and outreach initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota. BLS / CPR certification Preferred: Pediatric infusion nursing experience. Experience in training, mentoring, or onboarding nursing staff. Strong customer service orientation and professional bedside manner. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-focused approach. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, policies, and home health standards. Associate s degree in Nursing or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred. Minimum of 1 2 years of nursing experience; infusion or home health experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to triage and respond to patient needs independently. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
