The Lending Assistant provides customer service and support to Commercial Lending customers and prospects. This position is responsible for preparing loan summaries for presentation to the Loan Committees, performs loan administration duties and helps prepare loan documentation, and may assist credit analysts with financial spreadsheets functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks, often for assigned Market President and/or Commercial Lender, to include gathering data, assembling and maintaining credit files, requesting title reports/lien searches/flood certificates, etc., and UCC filings and terminations
* Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance using Commercial Connect and, if needed, may coordinate with outside counsel in loan documentation preparation
* Responsible for upholding the highest level of client service expectations; Handles requests from customers including advances on lines of credit, pay-outs, account transfers, and resolves customer issues as needed
* Performs various data analysis involved in the support of client lending activities
* Assist with loan disbursements
* Assist with Market Meetings as needed
* Responsible for entering and maintaining client data into the Commercial Connect and Sales Management system
* Clear loan exceptions and financial reporting as needed
* Order appraisals
* Pull financial reports for customers and ensures timely distribution as needed.
* Generate officer reports, overdraft, clear past dues, balance G/L accounts monitor collateral, orders supplies, verifies and initiates wires and checks (per authorized limit).
* Coordinates materials for presentations, setting up sales calls, maintaining a list of prospective clients and joining sales calls as needed.
* Other projects and duties as assigned.

Department Profile:
The WM and U.S. Banks Financial Crimes Risk Team is embedded within the Firm's business line. It is responsible for identifying, assessing, and escalating potential money laundering and reputational risk issues associated with higher risk client types. The AML Risk Team is considered the first line of defense and supports the onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and negative news processes for Morgan Stanley.
Responsibilities:
The AML Risk AVP will be responsible for overseeing due diligence and risk-relevant activities related to AML. The AVP will assess Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti-money laundering, and reputational risk matters identified through the execution of the Firm's protocols for both new and existing customers. This primarily includes reviewing, assessing and, where necessary, escalating certain clients' source of wealth to examine potential ML risk exposure for the Firm. Source of wealth encompasses the business, employment, or other activities that have contributed to the total worth of an individual or entity. In addition, the AML Risk AVP will have ultimate responsibility for escalating risk issues related to these processes with a particular focus on reviewing certain new and existing clients' source of wealth.
The AML Risk Team AVP will:
Manage the end-to-end workflow of a program focused on assessing the source of wealth of new and existing clients to effectively mitigate potential ML risk exposure, including but not limited to:
- Actively managing and leading processes supporting the Firm's customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) program with a specific focus on source of wealth analysis and corroboration
- Managing data and trend analysis related to the source of wealth review process and providing reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Examining the source of wealth of certain new and existing Morgan Stanley clients
- Serving as a point of contact for questions, issues and escalations related to the review of certain clients' source of wealth
- Reviewing and responding to monthly quality control findings related to the source of wealth review process
- Providing supervisory support and training for AML Risk Analysts through developing individual and team skills and providing timely constructive feedback
- Drafting and updating procedures and desktop guidance related to the client onboarding process
- Leading key projects and initiatives related to assessing and mitigating the Firm's exposure to money laundering and reputational risk-relevant activities

Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience with BSA/AML Regulations within the financial services industry, or at a financial services regulator (e.g., FINRA, Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve Bank, etc.)
- Have a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or other related field
- Experience focused on examining potential clients' source of wealth during the client onboarding process

The Post Closing Assistant is primarily responsible for trailing documentation, funding authorizations, paying government fees and insuring government loans. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow-up and manage trailing documentation within the specific time frames provided
Ensure all funding conditions are met as per investor or Underwriter requirements at Closing
Perform document review and provide specific documents to closing agents to allow funding authorization
Communicate with settlement agents, brokers, and other counter-parties to obtain missing information and documentation for the closed-loan package
Ensure loan packages are stacked and completed to the industry guidelines
Inputs information into Encompass, FHA, VA, and MERS systems
Contact Closing Attorneys, Underwriter, Loan Officer, Processor, and/or other applicable parties to resolve issues in loan files and obtain appropriate documentation
Revert to Processing Department for any missing documents needed
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the process
Coordinate with the Lender and Escrow company on final loan documents if any errors
Upload documents requested by VA or HUD for loan audits
Ship note packages to warehouse banks
Pay government fees in the time frame required
Insure government files in the time required
Processes purchase advices upon receipt from investors
Prepares servicing transfer letters to be sent to the borrowers upon the purchase of the loan by the investor

The Dining Assistant (DGA) at Claiborne Senior Living, LLC is responsible for providing support and assistance to the dining services team in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals and dining experiences. This is a full-time Dish washing position from 11am- 7pm with every other weekend off! We are located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The DGA will work closely with the rest of the dining services team to provide exceptional service to our residents.

- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated in accordance with sanitary and safety regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean dining environment, including clearing and sanitizing tables, washing dishes, and restocking supplies
- Assist with resident special diets and dietary restrictions as directed by the dining services director
- Provide friendly and attentive service to residents, responding promptly and courteously to their requests and needs
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to continuously improve dining service skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively and positively with residents, their families, and other team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
