The people and the customer base were excellent.

Management doesn't know what they are doing. The mass layoffs after reporting everything is going good.

Hybrid working environment, good coworkers, and vacation/PTO.

Hire new management team. Specifically from Europe. They offer a better work life balance and will not lie about offerings the organization doesn't have.

They all need to be removed. They are dishonest with the staff.

I interviewed when Ian Pye was CEO. So the research at my disposal of the organization was greatly different.

It's a great organization to start at but, to keep up with pay you need to work a ton of overtime.

What I didn't like was the lack of transparency and trust amongst the senior managers. They covet their roles and don't mentor or share their experience with junior-level employees, leading to segmented teams and an extraordinary lack of communication

Don't expect a pat on the back when working in an entrepreneurial environment. There are no specific perks or benefits carved out for employees anymore.
