Practice Manager Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to day operations of the practice location(s)
Provide and/or facilitate office and support staff functions.

Ensure proper medication management/administration procedures are developed and followed. Troubleshoot medication problems that may occur.
Call pharmacies to communicate providers concerns and/or check on prescriptions unavailable to our consumers
Keep Medical Director and Vice President informed of all concerns or problems that occur in the Medical Services Department that involve his/her immediate staff. Communicate any and all changes that effect Medical Services.
Serve on committees as department representative
Carries out supervisory responsibilities for direct reports including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, performance appraisals and addressing performance concerns.
Complete payroll functions for all line staff including approving paid time off and expense/professional development requests.
Assures training and orientation of all administrative staff, and ensures that the team maintains a service oriented atmosphere with the patients, the public, and the other staff members.
Track licensure requirement for all staff members.
Maintain effective feedback mechanism with staff in order to enhance work processes, promote employee understanding, and employee engagement.
Assist staff in resolving operational problems/concerns.
Participate in monthly Medical Staff meetings as needed.
Attend supervision meetings with the Regional Manager as needed.
Provide data required to document the experiences at the practice(s).
Assisting Senior Management in achieving the Health Center s operational and budgetary goals. Closely monitor financial practice data, facilitate interpretation, distribution and communication of financial performance / results and drive improvements
Promote a patient-centered environment and facilitates programs and processes that meet patient needs.
Maintains the practice philosophy for attracting new patients and retaining existing patients.
Facilitates resolution of patient problems that doctors/providers or other staff members cannot finalize.
Adheres to established quality principles and standards established by the Health Center.
Provide care model leadership, identify and help develop clinical and other staff team building to insure productive staff and that clinical staff performs at the top of their license
For Primary Care: Participate in physician onboarding
Insure overall practice compliance, regularly monitor actions to insure compliance and take immediate steps to correct any non-compliance or at-risk practices

We are seeking Practice Manager candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Health Management, Business Management, or Health Care related field; Employees currently in role may have substituted experience for education level
A minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong management background required; 5 years preferred
Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM); Medical Group Management Association (MGMA); or Certified Administrator of Physician Practice Management (CAPPM) Certification(s) preferred.

We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all Meridian buildings and grounds in various counties, based out of Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana working M-F 7:30 - 4:00 with with potential 24/7 on call rotation with other maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain general upkeep of Meridian properties, such as plumbing, electrical, general carpentry repairs, drywall, painting, heating and cooling systems, etc.
Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, ballasts, breakers, power cords, etc.
Repair, install and maintain basic plumbing fixtures such as lavatories, toilets, dishwashers, tubs/showers, water lines, etc.
Repair and painting of walls.
Inspect buildings, including roofs and common areas regularly.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled service requests and/or repairs.
Perform routine ground maintenance to include clearing ice and snow, collecting trash on the grounds, landscaping and lawn maintenance, custodial, etc., to assure safety of patients, staff and visitors.
Conduct safety equipment checks for all facilities, which includes fire extinguishers, emergency lights, exit lights, alarm systems, company vehicles, etc.
Observes safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
Perform on-call in a weekly rotating schedule (24/7) for prompt response to emergent maintenance needs.
Physical ability to climb and work from ladders, do heavy lifting, and work in extreme conditions (both hot and cold).
Must possess the ability to learn and/or operate relevant technology, such as computer, laptop, tablet and/or smart phone, and operate a variety of office equipment (fax machine, copier, scanner, etc).
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
Must comply with all Meridian policies and procedures, as well as Meridian s Corporate Compliance Program as it applies to individual job duties, the department, and the company.
Wear appropriate protective equipment when completing tasks that may involve exposure or potential exposure to blood, body fluids or tissue.

You are the dynamic, professional PRN Primary Care Physician we are looking for to serve patients in our Central Indiana locations (Anderson, Elwood, and Grant).

This Physician will provide comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnoses of acute and chronic illnesses, write prescriptions and formulate treatment plans with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management with the following qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent;
A current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana or at time of hire;
Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority from the State of Indiana or at time of hire;
Board Certified or Board Eligible in related field.

We are currently seeking a full-time, day-shift Skill Builder to join our team in our school-based team, located in Frankfort, Indiana. This position requires travel, up to 5% between schools in Clinton County, IN.
About the Role of a Skill Builder:
As a Skill Builder, you'll play a vital role in helping patients and families develop essential life skills that support developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers. You'll work closely with therapists and medical staff to coordinate care and implement individualized treatment plans.
Skill Builder Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with therapists to develop, implement, and revise treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group skills training for adults and children, focusing on:
Self-care and daily life management
Interpersonal communication and parenting
Illness and anger management
Positive coping and problem-solving skills
Provide case management services aligned with treatment goals.
Support integrated care by coordinating with medical providers and identifying health-related needs.
Complete CANS/ANSA reassessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Serve as a liaison between patients and external agencies or institutions.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
What We're Looking for in a Skill Builder:
We're seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus.
High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required at minimum
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
A valid driver's license with a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
