At AssetWorks, the FA Support team provides support to our customers as well as providing support for environments that are running in-house. The team is split into three focus groups; Level 1 Software Support Analysts, Functional and Technical representatives. All three teams collaborate to support the customer base and many of the job duties for each team overlap. With these focus groups, we provide a tiered support structure that provides not only excellent service to our customers but also the potential for growth within the department.
The Technical Support Representative (Level 2) will work in a team environment to provide install support services, assess and solve complex technical issues, provide high-level insight on IT best practices in regards to AssetWorks' application installs, and maintain functional knowledge of the workings of our systems. The representative will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have knowledge of customer service principles and practices, be self-motivated, have attention to detail, be adaptable and resilient, and will be organized.
Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze Log Files from AssetWorks' software as well as third-party tools and utilities
Assist in improving customer satisfaction by providing a wider range of support for customers
Be responsive to any special projects as assigned by Management
Troubleshoot Crystal and AD Hoc Reports
Create development tickets when issues or improvements are identified
Create knowledge base entries for customers and internal staff
Escalate tickets as necessary to next level support or development
Handle customer escalations as needed
Install and Support Proprietary applications and including IIS, MSSQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, and Crystal.
Install and upgrade AssetWorks software applications in-house and in customer environments
Involvement in any additional follow up testing and troubleshooting
Keep customers informed of how and when problems are resolved
Keep customers informed when installs and upgrades are completed
Leverage various platforms to communicate with customers and employees including Teams, WebEx, Phone, email, and Zendesk
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all customer-facing projects and tickets
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints and identifying solutions
Manage tasks and tickets according to priority
Monitor and maintain hosting environment for hosted customers
Perform after-hours installs and upgrades as needed
Perform after-hours support on a rotating and scheduled basis
Perform training to customers and internal staff as needed
Qualify, troubleshoot, investigate, and respond to customer support tickets
Resolve clients' application questions or problems in the areas of database, system configurations/setup, product functionality and business enhancements
Restore, Create, and query Oracle and MSSQL Databases
Support and Install Mobile Software
Take level 2 customer support calls and field customer inquiries regarding the product
Track the progress of projects and tickets with detailed notes in Zendesk
Troubleshoot high level network issues
Troubleshoot Windows OS and embedded OS issues affecting our software
Understand technical architecture and third-party dependencies of AssetWorks applications and be able to discuss with customers and coach staff
Requirements:

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC seeks a seasoned and adaptable Director of Technical Accounting with specialized experience in the Government Contracting industry. This role is perfect for a technical accounting expert capable of scaling with a mid-sized company that is growing both organically and through mergers & acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of GAAP, particularly in the areas of M&A and Purchase Price Accounting, including ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 606, and ASC 360.
As Director of Technical Accounting, you will oversee technical accounting assessments, provide strategic guidance on complex transactions, manage new accounting standards implementations, and draft critical footnote disclosures for external reporting. This position requires a high degree of agility in a fast-paced, growing environment, coupled with the ability to manage and implement best practices for accounting controls.
The role is based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, with a hybrid work-from-home and office model. The Director of Technical Accounting will report directly to the Vice President, Controller.
Key Qualifications:
· 10+ years of experience in the Government Contracting industry, with a focus on technical accounting.
· 6+ years in a Big Four or Mid-Tier public accounting firm, preferably within Assurance and Technical Reporting services.
· CPA designation required.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
· Expertise in GAAP, including ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 606, and ASC 360.
· Extensive experience supporting M&A transactions, including the technical accounting documentation and processes involved.
· Strong proficiency in technical finance, valuation, and business matters.
· Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written-with an ability to interact with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
· Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and navigate fast-paced, unstructured environments.
· Self-starter with a results-oriented, highly organized approach and a keen sense of urgency.
· Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage technical accounting assessments and provide high-level guidance on complex transactions to senior management and key stakeholders.
· Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
· Draft new footnote disclosures and manage the external reporting process for the organization.
· Ensure appropriate accounting control procedures are in place and maintained for all relevant process areas.
· Lead M&A technical accounting assessments, collaborating with internal teams and third-party specialists to determine accurate accounting treatment. This includes reviewing net working capital, validating closing balance sheets, and preparing purchase accounting journal entries.
· Provide detailed technical guidance for M&A activities, particularly in the areas of ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 606, and ASC 360.
· Develop and continuously improve a post-merger integration playbook with repeatable processes based on lessons learned from previous M&A activities.
· Conduct technical accounting research and prepare memos on non-routine transactions, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and other technical topics.
· Contribute to the development of accounting policies, processes, and internal controls, ensuring alignment with US GAAP.
· Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including technical accounting areas, footnote disclosures, and audit-related tasks.
· Participate in internal and external audits, conducting walkthroughs and managing audit requests related to control narratives and tests.
· Provide ad-hoc technical accounting guidance and collaborate with the finance, legal, and operations teams on internal inquiries.
· Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to technical accounting matters.
· Stay abreast of emerging accounting standards, evaluate their potential impact on the organization, and ensure timely adoption and disclosure.

Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager is responsible for managing the organization's accounts receivable process, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements, and maintaining cash flow health. This role requires a deep understanding of federal government contracting regulations, such as FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific invoicing systems, to oversee billing and collections accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Billing:
Prepare and review invoices in compliance with federal government contract requirements (e.g., CPFF, FFP, T&M).
Ensure all invoices adhere to contractual terms, FAR/DFARS guidelines, and applicable agency billing systems (e.g., WAWF, IPP, or DELTEK).
Address invoice rejections or disputes promptly by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Collections and Cash Flow Management:
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and ensure timely collection of payments.
Communicate with government agencies, primes, or subcontractors to resolve payment delays.
Develop strategies to improve the cash collection process and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of invoices, collections, and adjustments for audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with all federal acquisition regulations, including proper support for cost and time tracking.
Partner with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Supervise, train, and mentor AR team member.
Collaborate with program managers, project teams, and contract administrators to ensure proper project billing setup and compliance.
Serve as a liaison between the finance team and external auditors during audits (DCAA, financial audits, etc.).
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular AR performance reports, including aging schedules, DSO metrics, and cash flow forecasts.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Process Improvement:
Implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance billing accuracy and reduce collection times.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial management, preferably in government contracting.
Strong knowledge of federal government invoicing processes and systems (e.g., WAWF, IPP).
Familiarity with cost-type, fixed-price, and time-and-materials contracts.
Skills and Competencies:

Minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience supporting, managing, enterprise-wide complex IT projects, experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud platform) and a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience managing large project teams including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and dealing with performance issues.
At least (10) years of hands-on experience in the IT infrastructure services or development field.
Minimum of (5) years of progressive management experience.
Ability to lead projects using the Scrum/Agile framework.
Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use
Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills

Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager is responsible for managing the organization's accounts receivable process, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements, and maintaining cash flow health. This role requires a deep understanding of federal government contracting regulations, such as FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific invoicing systems, to oversee billing and collections accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Billing:
Prepare and review invoices in compliance with federal government contract requirements (e.g., CPFF, FFP, T&M).
Ensure all invoices adhere to contractual terms, FAR/DFARS guidelines, and applicable agency billing systems (e.g., WAWF, IPP, or DELTEK).
Address invoice rejections or disputes promptly by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Collections and Cash Flow Management:
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and ensure timely collection of payments.
Communicate with government agencies, primes, or subcontractors to resolve payment delays.
Develop strategies to improve the cash collection process and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of invoices, collections, and adjustments for audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with all federal acquisition regulations, including proper support for cost and time tracking.
Partner with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Supervise, train, and mentor AR team member.
Collaborate with program managers, project teams, and contract administrators to ensure proper project billing setup and compliance.
Serve as a liaison between the finance team and external auditors during audits (DCAA, financial audits, etc.).
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular AR performance reports, including aging schedules, DSO metrics, and cash flow forecasts.
Identify trends or issues in receivables and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Process Improvement:
Implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance billing accuracy and reduce collection times.
Establish internal controls and standard operating procedures to strengthen the AR function.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial management, preferably in government contracting.
Strong knowledge of federal government invoicing processes and systems (e.g., WAWF, IPP).
Familiarity with cost-type, fixed-price, and time-and-materials contracts.
Skills and Competencies:
Comprehensive understanding of FAR/DFARS and other government contract compliance requirements.
Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., DELTEK Costpoint, Unanet).
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with government officials and internal teams.
Work Environment:
Hybrid.

Timely and accurate submission of invoices with minimal rejections.

Duties and Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain information system components within Government-owned facilities.

Coordinate with all stakeholders to provide requirements and test procedures for network systems.
An understanding of hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as switches, routers, firewalls, etc. is required.
An understanding of OSPF, Static Routes, VLANs, L3 VLAN interfaces, ACLs, Multicast, PIM Dense and PIM Sparse, QoS fundamentals and application

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
Document network configurations and procedures.
Stay up to date on the latest networking technologies.
Train and mentor junior network engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
At least 8 years of experience in system administration.
