Job Responsibilities
Study blueprints, sketches, specifications, submittals and shop drawings for information on type of material required, such as lumber, concrete, rebar or wallboard, etc. Learn the dimensions of structures or items fabricated and the type of finish required.
Select specified type of lumber or other materials under direction from craftspeople, lead carpenters and superintendent.
Learn and use basic measuring tools used by the field craftspeople and identify various widths and lengths of lumber.
Be able to carry out given instructions from craftspeople, lead carpenters and superintendent.
Assist superintendent/lead carpenter with various carpentry tasks.
Ensure workplace safety. Observe proper worksite safety procedures. Utilize tools and equipment in accordance with operating instructions/manuals. Report any safety hazards or potential hazards to supervisor. Notify super/lead of any safety concerns for employees or subcontractors.
Turn signed work process cards in to NEFBA on a weekly basis.

As an employee-owner hired for an internship, you will be given the title of " **Project Intern** " and your duties could consist of:
+ Processing submittals by reviewing, stamping, filing and distributing submittals
+ Sending RFI's to architects and engineers
+ Keeping concrete, rebar, RFI, and plan logs up to date
+ Resolving problems generated from the plans and specifications
+ Establishing control points and lines using field instruments (level, theodolite, total station)
+ Locating embeds in the slab and verifying embed locations per approved shops
+ Assist in locating openings in the structure and assist in establishing vertical control for the structure
+ Locating other miscellaneous items in the field (curbs, inlets, etc.)
+ Documentation- updating and distributing construction drawings, specification, shop drawings and samples
+ Aiding with Quality control inspections utilizing BIM 360 field onsite
+ Verifying pre-pour check list and checking proper formwork framing/shoring installation per approved shops
+ Participating in and aiding with weekly safety meetings as requested, including writing meeting minutes
+ Leading project orientation and maintenance of logs
+ Assisting with maintaining project look ahead schedules
+ Assisting with trade contractor coordination and scheduling
+ Verifying proper construction techniques per plans and specs (raise concerns and follow through with trade until corrected)
+ Maintaining city inspection records and walking with Superintendent during inspections
+ Other miscellaneous duties as defined by the Project Manager or Superintendent
Project Interns can expect a preliminary meeting with their supervisor to discuss the goals, expectations, and desired outcomes of the internship. Employee-owners participating in an internship will be reviewed upon the completion of their internship. This review should be used as a tool to communicate the successes and learning outcomes of the internship. The supervisor will also complete any necessary paperwork that must be provided to the Project Intern's school or university.
Individuals hired as interns will be classified as **Temporary employee-owners** as defined in Policy A-5. Temporary employee-owners are not eligible for vacation pay, holiday pay or any of the other benefits listed in Policy A-5.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Assistant at DHI Title.
The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for managing escrow accounts, facilitating closings, maintaining communication with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
These tasks may include but are not limited to the below: Preparing and coordinating the finalization of documents related to escrow agreements.
Handling real estate transactions by preparing and processing documents such as deeds and mortgages.
Disbursing funds to the appropriate parties.
Ensuring compliance with escrow process and timelines.
Verifying and auditing funding and escrow instructions.
Assisting in resolving any escrow issues as they arise.

Purpose of Position:
The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Compensation:
The approximate hourly for this position is $17-$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
