The right candidate's primary goal is to facilitate completion of all customer warranty requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is achieved by scheduling subcontractors to make repairs. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for proactively resolving customer issues after the closing of the home.

* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in HVAC, BAS, controls, or electronics preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC controls installation, programming, troubleshooting, and service.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, and electronics, with the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
* Familiarity with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks is a plus.
* Skilled in using diagnostic tools including multimeters and laptops for testing sensors, circuits, and relays.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer service approach.
* Must be a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently or as part of a team.
* Must be able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, balancing, and regularly lifting 50 lbs. or more.
* Comfortable working in tight spaces, rooftops, heights, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

Job Summary
Hill York seeks an experienced Pipefitter to lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, weld, and maintain piping systems and related equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, and industrial processing systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in both new construction and retrofit environments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Layout, fit, assemble, and install a variety of piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and job plans.
* Cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand tools, power tools, and machines such as saws, pipe cutters, threading machines, and pipe benders.
* Assemble and install variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including steel, copper, HDPE, and PVC.
* Connect pipes using various methods such as welding, threading, grooved fittings, soldering, brazing, and fusion.
* Secure pipes to structures using brackets, clamps, hangers, pipe stand, and anchors.
* Perform welding tasks using SMA (Stick), GMAW (MIG). Or GTAW (TIG) in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead), selecting appropriate methods and tools based on project requirements.
* Operate grinders and other tools to prepare materials for welding and ensure clean, accurate joints.
* Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and best practices.
* Follow detailed installation plans and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
* Conduct pre-task planning and job hazard analysis before beginning work to identify and mitigate risks.
* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
* Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
* Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
* Complete any required documentation and paperwork accurately and on time.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, external customers, and subcontractors to coordinate work, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Operate and maintain company vehicles in compliance with safety regulations when transporting tools, materials, or traveling to job sites.

Qualifications
