The Position The Barista works in Rooney's Brews; a coffee shop and café located in Roanoke College's Fintel Library. This position requires a passion for specialty coffee and desire to learn the craft with customer service ability. The Barista will thrive if they possess strong interpersonal communication, customer service and teamwork skills, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position works August through May when Rooney's Brews is open.
