Meritus is known locally as Murderus - they will kill you with their diagnoses - beware - find a better hospital elsewhere- all classrooms in schools have A students- B students - and down the line… Meritus has the students that barely made it through medical school and whom have not ever stayed up to date since - get those Billings is all they are good for

Getting away from the campus as to not be associated with it

They do nothing to better themselves

Well you can’t fire all of them, so honestly I’m at a loss. The whole place is a joke. Now they want to be known as a teaching hospital. Who is going to teach them ? Johns Hopkins Hospital would not touch them when meritus asked to be affiliated with them

I was over qualified- they would best be suited to flip burgers at a fast food joint

Meritus pay is roughly 1/2 of other hospitals in the area . This probably speaks volumes about why they can only get the medical help that they can get. Medical help that is less than satisfactory across the board.

They do have a diverse staff. Much of which you can’t understand if you’re of the English descent. As a result, the communication network does not exist and a patient is look down up

Breaks and getting to go home … watching the extra marital affairs that take place like asoap opera.

There is nothing to like about the administration. They will be well suited to run a car dealership but not a hospital that deals with human lives. They are all about profit and oblivious to the humanistic aspect of this job
