Full-time Description Under the direction of the Custodial Supervisor, the Custodian will be responsible for the high quality, day-to-day cleaning of one or more of the facilities located on the Flint Cultural Center Campus. The daily responsibilities of this position will involve general cleaning, cyclical cleaning and special request cleaning of facilities. The Custodian is also responsible for standard set-ups and tear downs of classrooms and community rooms. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Working Conditions/Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 40 pounds. Required to sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
