    What you'll bring to the team About the role... Stocks shelves, orchestrates floor moves and works on special projects to ensure floor presentation is in accordance with LEGOLAND Florida visual standards. Organizes all stock room and back stock areas in an orderly and functional manner. · Responsible for high-reach and other general housekeeping tasks, as needed, on the interior and exterior of each building in the assigned retail zone. This may include climbing high reach ladders, removing dust/cobwebs and utilizing a pressure washer. · Maintain merchandise inventory and daily stock turn. Orders product according to store/section plan-o-gram (when applicable). · Process deliveries brought to the location in a timely manner and report any discrepancies to a member of management. · Integrates new merchandise into the current stock. · Works with Warehouse staff to ensure successful merchandise management and inventory audits. · Ensures all products are accurately priced. Ensures completion and maintenance of price changes. · On a weekly basis, performs, and processes all cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity of zone. · Processes damages weekly. Ensures damaged product is returned to the warehouse/vendor in a timely manner. · Acts a point of contact between the Visual Merchandising Manager, and Retail Supervisors. Works in collaboration with other Retail Service Associates to accomplish store and department centric tasks and projects. · Keeps an accurate count of hardware and fixtures on hand. · Maintains Visual Binder · Performs other duties as required and directed by members of the LEGOLAND Florida Retail Operations and Retail Purchasing leadership team. Who we're looking for... One year of experience within a customer or guest service-related field is preferred. Experience in retail stocking, merchandising and/or warehouse operations as well as experience in inventory/sales auditing, and of point-of-sale automated systems is helpful. Ability to work effectively with others with effective communication skills required. Self-motivated and demonstrated initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and dedicated to providing outstanding Guest Service required. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure. Operate specialized waste management equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure all waste management activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Main Responsibilities To ensure a safe and efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of waste and recyclables throughout the Resort. Support the waste and recycling operation. Enacts in the efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of all waste and recyclables generated onsite. Ensure World Class Standards are delivered and exceeded involving customer service with other departments and guest interaction. Oversee the daily operation, inspection, and general maintenance of the truck route vehicle during assigned shifts, ensuring reliable performance and strict compliance with all park speed and safety regulations. Responsible for the general upkeep of the waste compactors and a vertical strike down cardboard baler utilized during the assigned shift. Responsible for the general upkeep of the waste and recycling containers throughout the resort from a quality perspective.
