In this role, you'll take ownership of purchasing activities for single-family homes and townhomes, working closely with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are competitively priced, well-coordinated, and delivered on time. You'll manage bids, negotiate pricing, forecast demand, and build long-term vendor relationships that support efficient and profitable construction. This position is ideal for someone with a homebuilding or residential construction background who enjoys working independently, taking initiative, and having real influence over purchasing strategies.
