SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: Playing a role in maintaining the company's current market share, as well as driving the company's growth in agronomic sales and services. They will partner with current customers as well as cultivate new opportunities with prospective accounts. Other duties may include plant operations. This position will report to the VP of Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following and others may be assigned)
Responsible for consulting with producers and making appropriate recommendations of crop nutrients, crop protection, seed, specialty products and precision ag. related services.
Responsible for growth of new business while maintaining current sales, service, and relationship with current customer base.
Collaborate and communicate with VP Sales, other Sales Agronomists, and Location Managers to increase knowledge, develop sales, marketing, manage customer relationships and increase profits in assigned sales area.
Keep organized and detailed records regarding customers and associated field plans.
Placing advanced product trials as a key learning mechanism for learning new products and services.
Assist in creating and processing blend sheets.
Implement the 4R Principles of nutrient stewardship using the latest technology utilizing precision agronomy and data analysis.
Assist in coordinating logistics and operations of custom application equipment and product deliveries.
Aids in maintaining inventory levels and quality of inventory.
Responsible for the development and execution of agronomy marketing program for location.
Responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by handling complaints promptly and professionally.
Oversee and assist with soil and tissue sample collection process.
Responsible for field scouting services for customer base.
Ensure proper and timely billing procedures are followed by assisting with office operations.
Maintain and promote a safe work environment by following the cooperative policies.
Administers and controls credit within the associations established credit policy
Maintains a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Cooperative and a favorable image of the Cooperative
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Ag related field and minimum 3 years of experience with proven results in agronomy sales, or equivalent years of experience with proven results in agronomy sales.

Responsible for the overall quality of the products manufactured at Broken Bow Plant, ensure that products meet the customer/business specifications and requirements, ensure that audits are run in an optimal manner and ensure that all CAPA are defined, captured and completed as promised. Promote and lead a culture of Quality within the plant. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
Education and experience required:
* Bachelor degree required
* Master's degree preferred
* Medical Device Manufacturing preferred
* 10 years' minimum progressive and multi-disciplinary Operation Management or plant management experience preferred
