Preferred Qualifications * BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field * Working knowledge of and interest in the A/E industry, including AECOM's projects, people, credentials, and competitors is highly preferred * A detailed knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools. * A strong working knowledge of InDesign as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. * A working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc. * An understanding of CRM Salesforce experience is a plus. * Initiative, skill, and personal commitment to manage multiple projects and details concurrently, follow up, and bring tasks and projects to full completion. * Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others. * Experience demonstrating leadership qualities. * Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others. * Excellent writing skills, with an aptitude and attention to detail. * Proven organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to complete varied work tasks on schedule, and lead deliverable efforts by others; and the proven ability to manage documents.
