GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Master Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards).
