Summary: Flex Fair Consultant is responsible for maximizing Book Fair penetration by effectively prospecting new schools and by building strong customer relationships to maintain Fair rebooking rates. Sharp planning skills will minimize cancellations and optimize event schedules, ensuring smooth operations and maximized profits. Ultimately, you'll be a passionate advocate for reading, igniting a love for books within every school you serve. This role does not have an assigned area but will support the territory pod as a whole until an opening becomes available. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
