Position Summary
The Indirect Lending Business Development Officer is an independent, subject matter expert who plays a pivotal role in maintaining ongoing relationships with current Indirect Merchant Lending partners (aka Retail Sales Finance) and prospecting new partners to increase Launch's consumer loan portfolio. Responsible for outside sales and business development an assigned geographic territory. This position requires travel 4 days per week with 1 base day.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for prospecting new indirect retail merchant partners while maintaining the relationships with existing indirect merchant partners. Educates and provides ongoing training to new and existing merchant partners on processes, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to Launch's merchant lending products and services.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective merchant partners. Proposes lending programs to attract clients and grow their business. Provides ongoing support to merchants and their clients during the loan application, approval, and servicing process.
Collaborates with Launch's Marketing Department to develop strategies for promoting the indirect retail partners and prospecting new merchants.
Meets and/or exceeds department goals as determined by Launch's strategic initiatives and objectives. These include, but are not limited to, outside sales, cross-selling, and credit quality goals.
Ensures lending decisions are made based on credit union policies and procedures.
Maintains an ongoing relationship with the merchants, branches, Lending Center personnel, Collections Department, and the VP/Consumer Lending Business Development by ensuring all questions/concerns are resolved in a timely manner to achieve service standards and department lending goals.
Recommends loan products and features to enhance current offerings. Is directly involved with the implementation of new indirect merchant products and programs.
Proposes changes to credit union policy or procedure regarding the indirect lending program.

May assist with the daily operations of the Indirect Merchant Lending function by verifying the correct documents have been received from indirect partners.
Monitors competitor rates, terms and trends related to indirect merchant lending.

Electrical Designer (ED)
The Position
The Electrical Designer for Above Group shall contribute and support the Power, Lighting, Grounding, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, and Systems or Low Voltage Engineering efforts for the firm. The ED shall directly contribute to the Firm and its success through drafting and design efforts. This individual shall directly contribute to the Firm and its success through technical experience to effectively produce a quality design and ultimate product to the customer. The ED shall execute drafting and design duties as required to ensure quality is always maintained.
The ED is a Designer by education and experience:
Ability to combine personal judgment with information to implement design criteria.
Has expertise in power and lighting. Preference given to experience with grounding, lighting protection, fire alarm, communications, and electronic security systems.
Demonstrates proficiency with lighting calculations, panelboard load calculations, and load demand calculations. Preference given to experience with short-circuit analysis and arc flash hazard analysis.
Able to use computer software including Visual (or AGI32) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual. Communicates well with individuals in the organization.
Capable of interpreting information set forth in a Basis of Design, field surveys, and code research.
Applies design principles to resolve design problems and tasks assigned.
Develops and implements design criteria and system designs from concept through detailed design and construction.
Coordinates and implements the design of distribution systems, lighting fixtures, devices, and equipment locations with team members within the discipline, as well as project team members in other disciplines.
Proficient with Revit.
Performs system calculations. Sizes and selects system components.
Reviews shop drawing submittals, and travels to job sites to perform field verification.
The ED develops organizational skills including technical writing and time management:
Uses excellent writing skills to author basis of design (BOD) narratives, design criteria documents, reports, and other high quality highly technical written documents as needed.
Uses excellent writing skills to edit design specifications; respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) incorporating information from project documents, specifications, shop drawings and design criteria; and prepare meeting notes.
Reads relevant project correspondence and maintains project design files.
Demonstrates willingness to work to meet deadlines as required by client demands.

Associates degree in Drafting and Design preferred but not required

Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, clean room operations, satellite processing and support facilities O&M, and safety and environmental services.
The Electronics Technician is responsible for the installation, servicing, modifications, repairs, and maintenance of low voltage electronic equipment, fiber and copper cable plant, CCTV, fire detection, and security systems in an industrial or commercial establishment in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
Summary of Key Duties for this Position:
* Diagnose and repair of fire detection, CCTV, and security systems
* Perform periodic maintenance
* Perform annual equipment inspections
* Interface with engineering and procurement departments
* Complete work logs and update schedulers
* Installation of cable management systems
* Installation, termination, labeling, and testing of CAT6 and fiber optic cabling
* Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
You will need experience with a minimum of 3 of the following qualifications: Video Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection Systems, multi-pin copper and coaxial cable termination, basic soldering, fiber optic termination.
* Ability and willingness to perform some travel (up to 10%)
* Be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/Poly
Desired Skills:
* Active TS/SSCI security clearance
* Building automation electronic controls
* Commercial chiller experience
* Familiar with Predictive Maintenance tools (Infrared, vibration analysis, laser alignment)
* High attention to detail and results-focused team player who is adaptable to change with demonstrated initiative and accountability
Occasional odd shifts, travel, and overtime may be required.
