* Monitors access to the department records and ensure that all access of individuals not employed by Mesa Airlines, Inc. Technical Records is documented on Form #M171.
* Pulls and audits a report of incoming records on a weekly basis (Receiving aging repo1i) and identifies a comprehensive fix for any records not received 10 days after completion in the field. 1) Evaluates potential problems, determines the root causes of issues, proposes, and develop solutions, and initiates appropriate procedural improvements.
2) Ensure those changes are communicated to all stake holders across the airline as required to achieve a seamless implementation of the new requirement in accordance with part 5 (Safety Management Systems) of the Code of Federal Regulations.
3) Work with the CASS department to obtain supporting data for any proposed changes. (IE...delay, cancel, air turn-back, aborted take-off, return to gate, etc.).
4) Monitors and confirms the effectiveness of changes to the manuals by ensuring that the appropriate follow-up audit is put in place to confirm the change was effective.
5) Provide the stakeholders with a training module and the appropriate testing via the Mesa Airlines LMS system to ensure prompt notification and complete understanding of any changes to existing procedures or any new process or procedures.
6) Ensure the proposed changes contain the following fundamental safety management system components:
a) Safety plan
i) A safety plan that is a strategic action plan that compliments the Mesa Airlines business plan and analyses the current and prospective risk for Mesa Airlines and identifies through data analysis how the risks will be eradicated and controlled over a given period of time along with the financial impact associated with the plan.
ii) This plan is designed to ensure that there is a governance structure within Mesa Airlines that communicates the safety impact and obligations to all stakeholders, confirming the accountability to carry out those obligations.

What Will You Be Doing?
The aircraft mechanic is responsible for performing various maintenance functions on company aircraft in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as all federal aviation regulations.

The Records Analyst Supervisor reports to the Manager of Technical Records and is responsible for oversight, training and project management of the staff that receives and files all maintenance documents.
Essential Functions:
Creates the LMS Training Program including the testing and OJT for all aspects of the Technical Records process that includes: 1 Receiving. 2 Tagging. 3 Scanning. 4 Verifying. 5 Filing. 6 Auditing.
Identifies the priorities for the staff when deploying resources to address the above listed tasks. (c) Initiates the monthly PHC Audits in accordance with the GPM and identifies comprehensive fixes when quality escapes are documented. (d) Assists the Manager of Technical Records with the monthly update of the department metrics from the process tracker. (e) Supervises the monthly distribution of the regulatory reports (i.e., Major Repairs and Alterations) to the CASS department and identifies corrective actions for any quality escapes.
