Pros of working at Messerli & Kramer P.A.

Pay is fine and working from home is great for me. I’ve been learning a lot so far and the experience I’ve gained is awesome

Cons of working at Messerli & Kramer P.A.

Healthcare is quite a lot and the work can be stressful at time with strict deadlines and constantly changing priorities

Working from home and when they have free food is good. Also the health club reimbursement is a good benefit I think too

I think they’re very knowledgeable and good at what they do. However it can be a bit unorganized

I think more focus on building relationships would be beneficial and some sort of team building exercises could help too
