**Responsibilities**
+ Manage multiple, simultaneous data center design projects from detailed design through construction administration and finally closeout and handover to operations.
+ Gather internal requirements, generating potential options, presenting to the leadership team, and delivering design solutions that satisfy customers'needs.
+ Create and manage strategies for the execution of designs that leverage a standard baseline plan of record. Responsible for managing strategy for projects that require deviation from the baseline design.
