Currently, we are looking for a talented and driven Technical Recruiting Manager to help us continue to grow its IT Staffing Services Business. This position is responsible to provide vision, leadership, coordination, and development of a US IT Recruiting operations.

Objectives/Deliverables

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within 4Consulting Inc. mission to deliver the highest quality results to our clients
Required skills
Bachelor s/Master s degree in management, engineering, or other relevant field from a reputed institution.
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience leading recruiting teams to manage high volume hiring process for US staffing roles like recruiters, team leads etc.
Prior experience staffing with call center clients is a must and with a strong track record in account management.
Proficiency in using call center technology and CRM software
A demonstrated career progression from hands on Recruiter to Team Leader, Delivery Manager to Recruitment Manager/Leader.
Strong qualities of leadership, strategic resource planning, business strategy, stakeholder management, creative / lateral thinking, process orientation, problem solving and crisis management.
Prioritize and distribute daily client requirements to the team, motivate & guide the team to deliver to established metrics.
Collaborate effectively with US Team to achieve stated objectives and goals, implement and maintain quality process for the team and its work output.
Should be able to develop and nurture cross-functional relationships within and outside the organization.
Should have handled large volume hiring with strong focus on quality and be able to drive over 90% success rate in hiring where the new hire meets/exceeds the desired goals/objectives.
Extensive experience using an applicant tracking system for managing the end to end sourcing process and ensuring that the recruitment team is effectively using it.
A high attention to detail to identify risks, dive deep and discover the key cause and impact of options, decisions and outcomes.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our team will work very closely with the Talent Acquisition leader to ensure key deliverables are met while managing an industry aligning requisition load. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a successful track-record of talent acquisition in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
2 years of sourcing passive talent on various talent sourcing solutions such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Indeed Resume, Google X-Ray or equivalent talent profile search tools
Agency experience preferred
Prior inner department and/or cross-functional project lead experience and role specific compensation analysis partnering with HRBP or Compensation leads.
Experience mentoring junior level or support level peers to ensure consistent and efficient process improvement.
Proven track record of building deep stakeholder partnerships with hiring managers, tech management and others across the organization
Prior experience partnering with mid to senior level technology hiring managers to develop and/or create efficient sourcing strategies.

Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for assisting in full life cycle recruiting to support the current and forecasted hiring needs within Paylocity through sourcing, interviewing and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hire and on-boarding process.

* Implement strategies and initiatives to improve recruiting, selection, orientation, development & retention of talent for the organization.
* Responsible for the staffing function from employment requisitions, job postings, recruiting and on-boarding of new employees.
* Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Management team to establish position requirements and recruitment priorities.
* Conduct interviews by telephone, recommend and schedule candidates for further interviews.
* Be the point of contact for candidates during their onsite interviews including initial greeting, employment application paperwork and administering assessment tests.
* Consult and make recommendations to hiring managers on interview process and candidate selection.
* Maintain communication with active candidates during the hiring process to ensure continued interest and to address and anticipate issues.
* Responsible for recruitment advertising and working in conjunction with other Talent Acquisition professionals to establish a unified recruitment message.
* Maintain metrics for open and filled positions.

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sales for a wide range of positions in a fastpaced/high-volume environment
* Proven ability in hunting and hiring candidates that have proven to be successful in their positions
* Knowledge of applicant tracking software a plus
* Strong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and organization
* Customer service orientation
* Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
* Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with occasional supervision
* Familiarity with Talent Acquisition concepts, practices and procedures

The base pay range for this position is $60,500 - $90,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What you will do...
Advise on talent strategies, plans and practices to support and achieve the hiring demands of the organization.
Leverage relationships and key talent pools to develop pipelines of diverse and high-performing candidates.
Support and contribute to the talent acquisition branding strategy by being a leader of culture and the candidate experience.
Effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting recruiting efforts through social media channels.
Lead the enhancement of strategic hiring by utilizing operational best practices for recruitment
Deliver creative and innovative solutions to drive efficiency by evolving systems and processes as needed.
Track, measure and report efficiency and productivity results; leverage data analytics, insights, and economic trends.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other potential talent sources.
What you bring...
Bachelor's Degree required.
7-10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience leading global teams in a high-volume, dynamic talent acquisition environment.
Experience leading and managing complex projects while balancing daily talent acquisition, delivering operational excellence in everything.
Proven delivery of a diverse and robust pipeline of talent in the technology industry.
Experience with organizational change and project/program development.
Experience developing and executing strategic recruiting programs.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, HR technologies and recruitment best practices.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present insights to executives.
Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote role
