Manage inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams
Supervise production team members (direct reports plus agency staff as needed)
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and Department of Agriculture regulations
Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory requirements
Analyze production data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Partner with Quality Assurance and Technical Operations on equipment performance
Conduct staff reviews, manage performance, and train team members
Generate reports and communicate production updates to leadership

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing manufacturing operations
Background in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or regulated production environments strongly preferred
Solid understanding of cGMP and regulatory compliance requirements
CPIM certification a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and inventory management systems
Experience with timekeeping software (ADP or similar)
Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods

The US Women's Health (WH) Medical Portfolio Lead (MPL) is an HQ-based Medical Affairs function positioned as the scientific interface between Viatris and the external medical community. The US WH MPL helps ensure the safe and effective use of Viatris medicines by supporting internal and external stakeholders with expertise related to the current portfolio, partnering internally on the development and launch of new products and indications, and generating new evidence. Engage in Medical Communications with Patients and Patient Organizations.

Staff Medical Information Booths at scientific congresses, as needed, to provide on-site responses to UMRs from HCPs attending the congress.
Set up and staff Medical Affairs Booths at scientific congresses, as needed and approved by MRC, to share information on the Viatris pipeline, portfolio, or commitment to a particular therapeutic area(s), ongoing clinical trials, etc.
Attend and actively participate in activities governed by promotional standards (e.g., medical congress satellite symposia, national webinars), such as actively reviewing speaker slides, co-chairing the session, or participating in a panel, if a legitimate need and rationale exists to do so.
Lead development of Reactive Medical Communications (ie Standard Response Letters).
Provide training to internal Viatris functions on products and disease states using materials approved by the MRC or the Viatris Promotional Material Approval Process (VMap) at the request of Commercial as appropriate.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or clinical (e.g., hospital setting/patient care) industry. Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) is required. Experience in OB/GYN is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge of the US WH MPL roles and responsibilities, clinical trials, relevant therapeutic areas, understand all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Standards for Interactions with U.S. Healthcare Providers, Federal and State promotional laws and regulations, the PhRMA Code, ACCME Standards, and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Must possess ability to effectively communicate, develop, and manage collaborative relationships with KOLs and other medical professionals, external academic institutions and Patient Advocacy Groups. Strong analytic and organizational skills in managing, interpreting, and presenting clinical data. What You'll Do
Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey

The incumbent is responsible for the analysis of food sample. The incumbent supervises departmental personnel conducting routine analysis.

YOUR PROFILE
Profile (required education/qualifications and professional background): Bachelors degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience or Masters degree. A general knowledge of food science is necessary to supervise the analysis of the sample.

Work Environment: The incumbent works in a laboratory setting with proper lighting and temperature control. Description of Typical Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30-5:00; Schedule can vary as they may be required to work evenings and weekends on occasion (Hours set based on necessity of department or office.)
PURPOSE: The Lead Visitation Supervisor directly supervises the Foster Care Case Assistants and is responsible for the overall management of the Case Assistant team, foster care related visits, addressing personnel issues with case assistants, and responsible for the upkeep of the visiting areas. This position is designed to enhance permanency through acting as a liaison with foster care case managers and engaging families in visitations to enhance reunification efforts. This position reports to the Assistant Program Director.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Refer to the updated organizational chart for reporting structure and responsiblities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Interviews applicants, completes new hire onboarding, trains, and mentors new Case Assistants.
Provides supervision to Foster Care Case Assistants
Aids in resolution of any visitation discrepancies
Ensures staff are trained in TBRI and utilizing TBRI techniques in their interactions with clients
Monitors quality of parent child visits through observation, document reviews, client conversations, and/or any other means needed.
Monitors staffing needs
Provides consultation/supervision with supervisors regarding visitation needs, issues, or concerns.
Ensures agency is meeting the DCFS minimum requirements for number of parent/child visits.
Collaborates with case manager/supervisors/APD/other program staff on how to increase parent child visitation.
Assists OFM in providing oversight regarding the use and maintenance of agency vehicles.
Participates in additional safety training and serves as a trainer of such (i.e., Certified Car Seat Technician, CPR Instructor, etc.)
Ensures all agency and/or Department paperwork is completed per policy & procedure

PURPOSE: The Lead Visitation Supervisor directly supervises the Foster Care Case Assistants and is responsible for the overall management of the Case Assistant team, foster care related visits, addressing personnel issues with case assistants, and responsible for the upkeep of the visiting areas. This position is designed to enhance permanency through acting as a liaison with foster care case managers and engaging families in visitations to enhance reunification efforts. This position reports to the Assistant Program Director.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Refer to the updated organizational chart for reporting structure and responsiblities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Interviews applicants, completes new hire onboarding, trains, and mentors new Case Assistants.
* Provides supervision to Foster Care Case Assistants
* Aids in resolution of any visitation discrepancies
* Ensures staff are trained in TBRI and utilizing TBRI techniques in their interactions with clients
* Monitors quality of parent child visits through observation, document reviews, client conversations, and/or any other means needed.
* Monitors staffing needs
* Provides consultation/supervision with supervisors regarding visitation needs, issues, or concerns.
* Ensures agency is meeting the DCFS minimum requirements for number of parent/child visits.
* Collaborates with case manager/supervisors/APD/other program staff on how to increase parent child visitation.
* Assists OFM in providing oversight regarding the use and maintenance of agency vehicles.
* Participates in additional safety training and serves as a trainer of such (i.e., Certified Car Seat Technician, CPR Instructor, etc.)
* Ensures all agency and/or Department paperwork is completed per policy & procedure

**Responsibilities**
+ Leads a team of approximately 12-15 direct reports.
+ Personnel management for direct reports per plant policies. Timecards, vacation, skill development, and performance management.
+ Ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance tasks through the use of safe practices, procedures and operational discipline. Participate in Job Cycle Checks to improve integrity and execution of procedures.
+ Participate in and drive Maintenance Work Management Processes
+ Utilize OpEx and Continuous Improvement tools to drive wrench time improvements
+ Reviews of complex maintenance activities and walk downs as needed during work planning and execution phases.
+ Drive improvement in work execution quality and accuracy to reduce rework
+ Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings. Review and issue scheduled and emergency work to personnel. Follow up and report on job status, identifying and collaborating with multiple resources to resolve issues.
+ Personnel competency development.
+ Facilitate continuous improvement by ensuring communication of history and learnings through appropriate shop paper documentation.
+ Ensure proper training, development, and fitness for service for all employees under their supervision
+ Ensure good job-site housekeeping practices are maintained
+ Active participant in the Area Reliability Team to ensure alignment of bad actors, potential equipment and facilities upgrades.
+ Foster a culture of employee engagement, empowerment and ownership through leader standard work practices including participation in the area improvement activities.
+ Champion for Maintenance and Reliability best practices within the team.
**Qualifications**
Minimum qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Ability to interact, coach and provide guidance to individuals.
+ Understanding of complex process systems and the maintenance of the equipment.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; must build relationships and trust with teams.
+ Proven ability to understand business goals and cascade directionally to the team
+ Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop solutions.
+ Knowledge of and experience with the process/equipment, hazards, failure modes, RCFA, and complexity of various maintenance restoration techniques and methodologies
+ Knowledge of and experience with the Maintenance Work Management Process (WMP).
+ Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and/or other shop floor systems.
+ Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Kapton process or maintenance experience.
+ Prior supervisory experience, either in a permanent or detail role.
